Somewhere inside the forest, in a deep part, surrounded by trees, in a wooden, cozy cottage, a young inexpert wizard lays snoring softly asleep, his cheeks still flushed showing the reminiscences of his fever that had gone down almost completely.
In his arms next to his chest, a chubby fluffy ball of fur laid asleep too; his dreams were confusing, the dreams of a human boy combined with those of a cat. The now small, almost expert wizard, was snoring peacefully still turned into a cat, cuddled in a deep warm embrace. Cat or human he had never felt this warm and loved before.
And in the kitchen inside the cozy cottage, a small rabbit jumped curious from one place to another, he was beginning to be convinced, that the house he was in, was not a normal house, for some years now he had been trapped inside a rabbits form and body, and he had lived as a sorcerer's "familiar" and inside his enchanted mansion, so don't doubt the small rabbit's judgement, he knows his stuff just right and even more than some inexperienced wizards. And he had been pretty sure then about it too.
He was now convinced, he had just found another wizard's hidden place, he jumped excited, he had waited too long for this moment, as his last master couldn't broke his curse, he was hoping his master's grandson would do it, but now he had found even another one, so his luck most be finally getting better.
"koo" was his bunny name, the old man had called him that, and indeed it was close to his real human name he once used to be called back then, it had been long ago since he had heard the name, or would hear it, yet again. Jungda Diramsrradal Jungkook.
Sometimes he would even forget his name, sometimes he thought living a rabbit's life wasn't so bad, and sometimes he was satisfied with it, but then again, each night of full moon, when his body became beautiful and human, and as once he used to be, at those times his mind and body became whole, and when the morning came again founding him in his rabbit form, he would cry small rabbit tears, and would tiny rabbit sobs could be heard, they were so small and quiet that didn't make any justice to his pain, for he was aware and reminded of what had he been once and had lost, his sorrows then would be so big for a small rabbit's heart, and would be heavy for a small body and mind like his.
The sun then would cry with him, for he had too lost something dear, and would feel his pain, as he was guilty, for lighting the world where that poor rabbit lived, showing him once again his fake body under his warmth light, making him suffer again, and again.
The lake in town, the ocean waters, and even the mirrors and windows were guilty too, for the rabbit had once looked at himself reflected on they're surfaces, but that was long ago, the first years he went each morning after the full moon night, he would gaze into his own reflection waiting, hoping, wishing he was human again, after so many times, he would never dare to look at him, not anymore.
