Y/n's POV:
I've been dating Bill Denbrough for about 5 months now and it's been a week since his little brother went 'missing', Bill doesn't wanna admit it but we all know Georgie is gone forever. Bill has just crying, sleeping, and laying in bed all day. I'm always too scared to even leave him by himself.
The phone started to ring so I got up and answered it.
"Hello?" -y/n
On the other end, I could hear Bill's stuttering but he couldn't process out any words.
"Hey hey hey, Bill it's okay. I'll be right over, okay?" -y/n
"O-Okay.." -Bill
I hung up the phone then put my shoes on, left the house, got on my bike and started pedaling to Bill's house.
Once I got there, Bill's mom let me in and I went straight to his room. I saw him sitting on his bed while crying in his knees.
I went over to him and pulled him into a hug. He cried in my chest while I ran my finger through his hair.
He tried to tell me something but his stutter was super bad right now so he couldn't really say a full sentence.
"It's okay, take ur time, love" -I said to reassure him.
He took a few deep breaths then spoke
"What if Georgie is gone..forever?.." -Bill said while still stuttering and crying.
"If he is, then we're gonna have to accept that... Theres nothing we can do, Bill.." -y/n
"It's all my fault..he's gone because of me" -Bill
"Bill it's not ur fault-" -y/n
"Yes it is! I....I pretended to be sick so that I wouldn't have to get out of bed and play with him!" -Bill (I kinda forgot if that was the reason why he lied about being sick but oh well 🤷🏻♀️)
I was in shock because Bill never told me he wasn't actually sick that day.
"What.." -y/n
Bill looked down and more tears started to pour out his eyes.
"I'm a horrible brother..a horrible person in general" -Bill
Am I mad? Yes. Do I wanna scream at Bill? Yes. Am I gonna do that tho? No.
Georgie was like my little brother so of course I'm gonna be a little mad but I'm not gonna say anything to make Bill feel more guilty.
I hugged Bill again and let him cry in my chest
"Bill it's okay...Dont blame urself...that's a normal thing for siblings to do..." -y/n
"I know but siblings shouldn't do it in the first place because they lead to this!" -Bill
I rubbed Bill's back to calm him down a little.
"Shhh it's okay, just relax. Everything is gonna be alright" -y/n
He nodded and started to drift off to sleep. I layed there with him until we both eventually fell asleep.
