Two Stars React Fic: A TCF/LCF Fanfiction

A large crowd of people found themselves in a massive unfamiliar room. There was plenty of furniture separated into what appeared to be sections and what looked to be a large screen along one wall. There was a black door without a door handle to the right and five of them to the left. In front of every person's face appeared a screen with a message. It could only be seen and interacted with by the individual it belonged to.

"Welcome everyone! Please settle in so that we can begin."

Confused by this strange situation, everyone moved to claim seats near their friends, family or allies. No one understood what exactly was happening, but there was clearly no way to leave since mana, dead mana, aura and divine energy was not currently working.

"To begin, I should inform you of some rules. Failure to obey the rules will have severe consequences selected by the Gods."

"Gods?!" exclaimed a priest in shock and disbelief.

Murmurs filled the room. Were the Gods really responsible for their sudden relocation?

"Rule 1: Discrimination of any race, gender, affinity, faith or background will not be tolerated."

Multiple people who were currently disguising their race exchanged glances.

"Exception to Rule 1: Those who are followers, puppets or dogs of the Cursed One."

Several people chuckled at the wording or nodded in agreement.

"Rule 2: Violence without permission will not be tolerated."

A blond sat elegantly on one of the plush chairs while staring at the screen in front of him. His golds shone in amusement. Did that mean the Gods would allow it if they asked first? What exactly was the intention behind this unexpected gathering?

"Rule 3: Swearing in front of children will cause you to be temporarily silenced."

"Seriously?! Isn't that a tad unfair?" shouted an irritated knight.

"This is a rule set in place by the God of Life. Not even Gods are exempt from punishment."

Complete silence filled the large chamber. Just how powerful was the God of Life that none of the other Gods dared to challenge or disobey them?

"Rule 4: Magic, aura and divine energy can only be used if you obtain prior permission from a God. Previously cast spells will not be disabled unless deemed necessary by the Gods. All permissions can be revoked at any time by any of the Gods."

Out of curiosity, a beige haired woman asked, "How do we obtain permission?"

"There is a menu icon which looks like a book in the top right. Click it. From there, there are options you can pick from. Select Permissions. Then select the God and which ability you would like to use. Only those who serve the Cursed One will be unable to use this feature."

"Holy- Just how many Gods are there?"

"Lots."

Chills raced down the majority of the mortals' backs. Those unaffected by this news were currently requesting use of their abilities from the God they served. For the dragons and elves, they all chose the God of Life. Half of the dark affinity races picked the God of Death while the remaining ones selected the Moon God.
