Despite the words being used interchangeably, emotions and feelings are actually two different but connected phenomena. Emotions originate as sensations in the body. Feelings are influenced by our emotions but are generated from our mental thoughts.

At a time a person experience combination of varied emotions but among all the emotions experienced, one of it ranges high than rest..
There is never one at a time.. It's always interrelated..

As the name suggests, this is heroism which is born out of the state of energy and Utsaha. The Rasa is manifested when there is valour, heroism, mastery, pride and steadfastness. The Rasa draws upon the firmness and steadiness of the mind.

Raghav: yeh itna bhid kaiko hai yaha?

A textile shop has caught on fire.. Raghav comes out of the car when he hears a 10yr old girl crying..

Raghav: Emaindi kanna?? (What happened kid?)

Girl: (crying) Anna.. Nana (father)

Raghav: aise rone ka nahi, kuch nahi hoga tera nana ko..

Raghav manage to get inside the shop and with much difficulty saves the middle aged man, soon the firefighters comes and extinguish the fire.. Raghav get few burn marks on his hand while saving the man.. He saves him and then without coming into much public notice walks off from there.. Later Raghav also send money to the man and help him to restore his shop but keeping his name secret.. He can't see a child loose his father like he did years ago, due to economical problems..
Neki Kar Dariya Mein Daal.. He helped him save a smile, not to take hero take credit.. That's the reason he never flaunts his charity or good deeds..
