"Beep... beep.." My heart monitor slowly beeped while I laid in bed, shallowly breathing. It's funny... just a few minutes ago I was sleeping peacefully at my friends place. But what am I going to do? I don't have the money to pay for my hospital bills... and my insurance isn't doing anything either. It's always something with me and bad luck. Bad luck is obsessed with me.. why me? Whatever, I'm going to die soon anyways, and death isn't really a big deal! I can handle it. Just a painful process through the way, but everything will be okay! Right..?

"Ughh my boss is so annoying and bossy... boss suits her right." I thought to myself, as she shouted at me for whatever reason she has this time-. "HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU, WINNY, YOU'RE MY ASSISTANT, SO YOU  HAVE TO GET MY COFFEE ORDER RIGHT! For the last time I just want a fudging  hot chocolate latte with extra shots of caffeine, extra hot." She demanded.

Like.. what? Is that even a thing?? "Just go down the corner to Starblux and get my order right." She sighed with disappointment.

"Sure, whatever you want, mademoiselle." I said softly with sarcasm. She rolled her eyes.

Well thats my boss, her name's Yin. Big ol' bossy Yin. I'm outside, walking to Starblux, waiting for a change... Like thats going to happen-. As I walk inside Starblux, I notice that they've moved things around. I walk to the barista, tell her my order and wait. Obviously I had to give ever tiny detail, 'cause if I didn't, it'd be another hell of a scold from Ms. Yin. I pay with the company card, thank the barista, and walk out.

As I'm walking back to the building, I bump into a shady tall figure spilling the coffee all over them. As I slowly look up to apologize, they just walk away, not minding the mess I've made on their coat. Who do they think they are?! I chase after them, and grab them by the shoulder, turning them to face me. I look up at them in awe. Who's this guy? Haven't seen him around before. "Hey, don't worry about the coat. I was planning to donate it anyways." He says, in a stern, yet gentle and sweet voice.

"Well well well, look at what god has brought upon me today!" I exclaim.

The strange man looks at me in a confused face. Shooooot- I said that out loud... didn't I? I take out a cloth from my purse and start cleaning his coat. As I lean down to get the stains off his black coat, he slowly backs away and covers his face. "Uhhhh, sorry but could you not please? I can take care of this myself, y'know." The strange man exclaims.

"Ah- right, sorry." I say in an embarrassed voice, realizing how awkward that was.

An awkward silence falls upon us. I return the cloth in my bag and quickly bow as a way to show my consent. "Sorry. Here, take this." I say, giving him $20 and my business card, if he ever wants to drop by for anything or wash his coat.

"Don't worry about it." He grabs my hand and places the $20 back into it. "I have my own laundry machines back at home, so don't worry. it's just a bit of coffee, nothing major." He says, with a gentle smile.

"Ah-, okay I see. Well then have a great day, and feel free to drop by my office if you need anything. Again, so sorry about the coat." I walk away and back into Starblux, this time using my $20 to get a new coffee.
