Chapter 13

-Winny POV-

I break apart our hug and see that the door is WIDE open, and Tianyu standing there with an "I told you so" face.

"I thought you two were doing something else in there, word of advice sis, next time call him to the kitchen or something." Tianyu smirks.

"Ah- Tianyu you dirty minded beluga! Have some shame-." I look at Kai who's hand is covering his mouth, trying to cover up his blushing.

"Oh god this is so embarrassing," I think to myself.

Just when I'm about to say something to Kai, a sudden sharp painful sensation is going on in the back of my head. A loud ringing strikes my ears. My world becomes lonely and dark, again.

I wake up from my long blurry rest. They say that your life flashes before your eyes right before you die.. well I can confirm that. Except, I was still alive and breathing.. barely. "Ti- Tianyu.. Kai?.." I stutter, under my breath.

"Yes, yes I am right here.. it's me Kai, Winny you're going to be okay, you still have a long time to love... our calculations show us that you haven't been taking your prescriptions, have you?"

"N-no.. I'm sorry, I haven't had that kind of time.. it's just a lot to process and get used to. I have never needed to take medicine before in my life, so it's just kind of hard to remember and get used to, I'm sorry." 

Kai looks at me with sorrow in his eyes, "Winny, this is serious. Another incident could occur like this, except it could be much more severe.. you could die..!"

I sigh, "Kai what does it matter. I'm going to die anyways, but it's okay because I'll get to enjoy my last moments in life with you and my brother, and Nya as well.."

Kai looks at me with tearful puppy eyes. "I'm sorry Kai, I worded that wrong. How about this, let's get out of here. I want to go somewhere, but first I need to talk with my brother. 

I walk out of my hospital room, and someone shouts my name. Right before I can look to see who it is someone knocks me onto the floor. 'Ow my head...' I sit up and softly brush my head. "Tianyu?? Yo, you good? Whats wrong?"

Tianyu looks at me with his deathly stare "Whats wrong.. WHATS WRONG?! I'll tell you whats wrong, my older sister just collapsed out of nowhere, and is acting like everything is fine. Well, it isn't, Winny. You are dying, and it's getting worse every day! You didn't take your damn medicine that is why we are here right now!" Tianyu's angry mood suddenly fades away and he starts bursting into tears, hitting his fists on my arm like when we were kids, balling like a baby. 

I grab Tianyu by his face and look him in the eyes, sternly. "Tianyu, everyone is going to die at some point, life is the only path to death, no? It's just that now I know when I'l die, or near when I do. Weren't you the one saying that I'd be with god once I die? Why are you crying, lil' bro?"

Tianyu looks up at me with red wet eyes, and just starts balling again. "Honestly, Tianyu stop, you're acting like a baby, get your bottom up and wipe your tears. I'm going back to my room to collects my stuff and change back into my normal clothes and get out of this.. hospital clothing."

Tianyu looks like he's about to say something but quickly stands up and wipes his tears. I go to my hospital room and notice Kai still standing there. "Yo, why are you still in the room, haha, aren't you supposed to be doing doctor-ee stuff and sign me out?"

"Already did, I grabbed your clothes for you too, here you go! <3" Kai says enlightened with joy on his face. 

"Oh, thanks, thats very sweet of you!" I lean in to give Kai a kiss on the cheek.

"Well, I'm going to change now... you can wait for me with Tianyu." I say, in awkward tone, with a smile on my face. 

Kai turns completely red, "r-right, I forgot! I- I mean,..- I think I'll just go wait outside." Kai dashes out of the room and I start to laugh.

*Cough cough*

'Jeez, some cough,' I thought to myself. I brushed my hand on my lips, just to find more blood. 'This is starting to annoy me. I swear, at this point I just need more iron.'

I go to the bathroom attached to my hospital room near me and clean off the blood. Right then I look into the mirror and see that there wasn't just blood coming from my mouth, there was blood coming from my nose and ears as well. What was I, Eleven from *Stranger Things? I'm just tried at this point, too much blood... 

I quickly cleaned every inch of blood that was showing on my body and put on a mask, just incase any blood comes spilling anymore. I don't want to scare anyone. I quickly get changed and clean up the room then dash out of the room.

I face Tianyu and Kai, "aha- sorry guys, did I take a while?" I rub the back of head.

Tianyu looks at me with boredom, "yeah, you did. Women, am I right? Haha..."

An awkward silence fills the silence but Tianyu continues, "anyways.. why are you wearing a mask?"

'Uh oh, why did he have to ask about the mask?!'  "Oh uh, this silly thing? Well Tianyu, is it not obvious?" I start posing, as if I'm a supermodel, with a smirk on my face even though they can't see. Kai bursts with laughter and blushes, wiping tears from humor on his face. I forgot he was there...

"I- ah. Tianyu-," I continue, "isn't it obvious, I'm wearing this cool mask because I actually have a taste in style, if only I had a cute matching bucket hat to match with it... but its whatever, y'know?" I chuckle.

"Thats it! I know where we're going to go!" Kai snaps his fingers then looks at me and Tianyu with a sparkle in his eyes, "lets go shopping!"
