[Y/N] hadn't slept all night since the nerves were kicking in and there was no way that she could shake it off. It was annoying her. She was already nervous as fuck about this new job. It was her first job. A real job. Usually she would volunteer to help out at the orphanage to look after some pups but most of the time, she would just be at home. She closed her eyes, trying to get some sleep. She didn't wanted bags under her eyes in her first day. After a while of trying, she decided that she wasn't sleeping at all. So she decided to do something else. She tried to be productive and go through the material that Mochizuku Kanji had send her a few days ago. Mostly about what her roles as his assistant and what are expected for her to have done. It seemed pretty normal but for her to be the most dangerous organization Bonten's assistant must be a bit difficult for anyone. She shook off her insecurities as she knew that they hired her for a reason. One that she didn't know but was very thankful for.

"I can do this. I won't give up." She talked to herself.

As she was so focused on reading the essentials, she realized that sunrise was getting nearer. She looked at her clock that read 6:15am. Her eyes widen as she quickly jumped off her bed and headed to the bathroom. She had to be there at 7:00am sharp. She wanted to get there a bit earlier since she hates being late and she was sure that the roads will be packed with traffic and people rushing to get to work in the sidewalks. She turned on the hot shower and stepped in. She loved having hot or warm showers. It made her and her wolf hum in satisfaction. She purred as she felt the hot water hit her skin. Her eyes closed at how good it feels. She got her lilac shampoo and massaged her scalp, loving the smell. She washed it off before grabbing her loofah with body wash and scrubbed all over her body. She hummed as she washed her body under the hot water. She then realized that it was getting really steamy in the room. She turned off the shower and grabbed a towel. She wrapped it around her hair and got another to wrap it around her body. She stepped out of the bathroom and into her room as she started to get ready for work.

She put some black pants with a red buttoned shirt that she borrowed from Hanma and a black blazer from Kisaki. She felt at ease as she could smell their scent in it. She smiled to herself as she grabbed one of her black, leather jacket and put it on. She looked at her reflection as she tried to fix her messy hair that she had just dried. She noticed that it was 6:35 already. She let out a shriek as she put her black boots before grabbing her bag and the stuff she needed as she ran out of her room which ended in her bumping into a hard chest that vibrated with laughter. A familiar laugh that she knew by heart. One that warmth her insides. She looked up to see Hanma giving her a smile. It seemed like he had just woken up.

"Up so early love? Ready for the big day?" He mumbled against her hair, loving how sweet she smelled as he wrapped his arms around her. He loved being close to her. It made him and his wolf happy.

"Yeah and I'm running late." She giggled as she ruffles his messy hair. "I'll try to be here for dinner."

Hanma hummed as he strokes her hair that was a bit messy before giving her forehead a kiss.

"Don't you worry love. Just be careful, alright. Text me whenever you get settled in."

She nodded and gave his nose a peck.

"I will. I'll see you guys tonight." She said with a smile before she ran out the door.

Hanma watched her leaving with a smile on his face, not realizing the eyes of someone that had been awake.

"So when are you gonna tell her?"

Hanma slightly jumped as he turned to see Kazutora fully awake with a smirk on his face.

"I don't know what you're talking about." He said as he took out his pack of cigarettes and lighter as he headed to the balcony with Kazutora behind him.
