A few weeks ago..
"Come on princess! You can do better!" Shion yelled out with a smirk on his face as he kept his eyes on [Y/N] whom was on her knees, trying to catch her breath from the punch she just received from him.
She had begged him to help her get stronger. She didn't wanted to rely on anyone to save her. She needed to be strong and knew how to protect herself. She grunted as it was getting harder for her to breathe. She closed her eyes tight as she tried to stop the tears from falling.
She couldn't be weak. She had to be strong.

She managed to stand up on her feet that were shaking. Even Shion could tell.
"Stop mocking me Shion. I know I'm weak. You don't have to rub it in." She said with loud gasps of air as she felt another kick on her stomach making her groan as she was on the ground once again.
"I know princess. But this is the only way you can get stronger." He said without his smirk on his face. He had a concern look.
He made his way around her as he squat down to get closer to her, seeing at how her body was shaking from her sobbing. He slightly felt bad for her but he was ordered to help her out.

"How long are you going to keep this up princess?"
He would never admit it but it pained him to see her suffering like this. He remembered at how heartbroken she looked when she found out what her so-called mates were doing. He would be watching over her everyday after that. He'd stay outside her room, hearing her screams and loud cries from her nightmares or just the thought of her mates. It angered him yet there was nothing he could do. He was nothing but her watch dog in the shadows.

He stared at her with wide eyes as he watched her trying to get up on her feet once again.
He sighed loudly as he straighten up and looked at her whom had a busted lip and had bruises all over her body from overworking herself.

She couldn't help but laugh as she started to lose her balance and fall into his arms.
Shion caught her right on time as her head rested on his chest. He sighed as he went down on his knees and placed her head on his lap slowly and carefully. He shook his head at her stubbornness as he started to play with her hair which was calming her down. More like getting her sleepy.
