" I can't not have some peace, when I sleep, because of all of our memories are showing up."

Eve nodded her head and scribbled down some notes.

" Are you judging me now ?"

" No, Amy. You are making baby steps in opening about your feelings and this is what I actually write."

" Oh," Amy nodded her head.

She had enough of sleepless nights for the past week to not even have a peaceful nap and see it all over again. But she couldn't give up, she wanted to fight. And this time, Amy didn't wait any minute. She sat on arm chair and started talking about her dreams, which made Eve smile. She finally broke her barriers in hiding her feelings, which was a big step for Amy.

" What kind of, if I may ask."

" All of what happened before and after my uncle raped me."

" How did she react ?"

" She wanted to spend her money on rape kit for me, but when she told her mom, I wasn't even mad. I let them do it, because I knew, that I wasn't pregnant. I paid a visit to doctor and told me, that I'm not. But no, after my uncle went to jail, our friendship didn't end. It became much stronger and we were inseparable."

" What about school ?"

Amy rolled her lips up and sighed.

" I kept a larger distance. I was avoiding her, because of the rumors."

" Let me guess, work ?"

Amy stood up and quickly apologized then left Eve, picking her phone. It was her boss and she needed Amy at the café right now. So she left, but this time she wanted to stay a little longer. To finally get over it and find a way to not let all of her memories hurt her as much as it does right now. Even just thinking about it.
