Klaus Mikaelson is half vampire and werewolf in the end will become tribrid as Hope's daughter. He left for a few days on a trip and talked to Rebekah when she couldn't find Hope, but didn't and then resurrected her sister.

He turned off his humanity before Rebekah told him Hope was alive. This was necessary, now Klaus was an unleashed beast.

I knew Klaus was a good person and he wouldn't hurt his family but he will hurt the people of New Orlens . We locked him up and handcuffed him and he turned into a wolf and escaped killing many innocent people.
We after seeing the corpse, used the locator spell and found him at Caroline's house, former home. She had moved with Stefan to Belgium but he didn't know because they were no longer friends.
Stefan realized she was staying with him because he was just in love with Caroline. He knew he loved her once and that it was over and he would be fine now.
We caught him and locked him up after he turned, let him cool off. He sat in the dark and it was silent and sad wanting to tear his soul apart and disappear from everyone who saw the side of him that he didn't like in any way. At that moment Hope came out into the light and he turned on his humanity. Klaus was so happy to see Hope that he couldn't contain himself.

In some stories the fairies were good but this time not because they wanted to kill Klaus but couldn't because it was now tribrid and they didn't know about the red oak. That thing was lethal to a tribrid and we made sure there were none left in New Orleans and Mystic Falls. There were none, Klaus and Hope were saved. Especially since the fairies died without being touched by us because they couldn't find food. Joy overtook the two of us (Klaus and Hope) and we decided to plan a party for the scare holiday (Halloween). We did it every year but this time was different because we had a vision. I straightened up and decided to tell everyone after I was done decorating and cooking.
