Good to be Back

Sasuke

Walking outside of the hospitals doors I took a deep breath. Looking around I kinda missed my cherry blossom, she's been at my bed side every night for the past two weeks. I loved having her to brighten my dull room, having my other friends there was good to but with the big gap between Shikamaru and Ino obviously now it was awkward when they were all in the same room. "Yo you ok?" came a voice that snapped me out of my thoughts. Itachi waved his hand in front of my face, "You ok? Oh wait!!! Are you still feeling sick? Ill go all Dr. House on you! Or are you thinking dirty thoughts about your little pink haired cherry blossom? Hmm...fifty shades of blossoms...what about..." I stuck my hand up to stop him. "Take a breath. Lets talk when we get home I'm tired from the medicine." he nodded.

"Mom we're home! Sasgay is feeling a little tired!" the annoying brother of mine yelled. "Oh my babies back!!" came her voice from the kitchen. She came running full speed at me arms wide open and slammed right into me with a crushing hug that knocked my breath out of my lungs. "Whoa back it up mama bear your killing him." Itachi said while prying her off me. Mom clapped her hands together, "Yay ill make a special dinner to celebrate. Please invite Sakura and her mother." she said then she turned and elegantly walked back into the kitchen. Once I was up stairs in my room I was hit with the hard news, "Mom doesn't want to tell you...but dad is coming home tonight. But ill pick Sakura and her mom up after school for you. You get some rest little bro." then just like that he shut the door leaving me standing alone in my cold dark room. Tonight was going to be a disaster.

Sakura

"Today we will just watch a movie." The teacher announced causing everyone to let out a happy cheer then he fixed his glasses and smiled, "But you will have some questions to answer after the video so pay attention." I let out a annoyed sigh then blew some of my hair out of my face. All day my mind has been around my boyfriend who was getting out of the hospital today, I wanted to see him badly even tho I've seen him every day. It still bothered me that Kankuro and Temari were let off on parole and not locked away but I couldn't do anything about it. Then there was the tear in our big happy friends, Ino and Shikamaru have been at each other a lot recently, its gotten to the point where Ino slapped him yesterday.

She didn't come to school today and Shikamaru has just shut down. Kiba has been trying to talk to him but to no avail, I've tried talking to Ino about it but every time I get close to the subject she glares at me and says 'Watch it Haruno.' so I've learned to leave them alone. Naruto and Hinata have tried desperately to hold us all together but I'm afraid it isn't working. I wish Sasuke would just come back we all need him, I need him.

"You ok Sakura?" Tenten asked while holding a question sheet toward me. Taking a sheet and passing them on I nodded and focused on the movie we were watching. " Can the universe justifiably be called infinite? Doubtful, it may not have a deslcearnable end but it had a beginning, and its components have a definite cosmological shelf life, splitting hairs or not if history tells us anything, its that scientist often make very poor poets." The man on the video said, sighing I put my pen behind my ear and watched the clock, time sure seemed to be taking its sweet time ticking away. 'Don't worry Sasuke ill see you soon.' my inner said.

After my long and ever so slow day I made my way outside to see if I could find Naruto so he could give me a ride home sadly just my luck he drove away before I could stop him. Letting out a huge sigh I kicked a rock harder then I expected and it flew threw the air and smacked right into a familiar ravens forehead. "Damn you that unhappy to see me?" Itachi asked while rubbing his head. "I'm sorry. Im frustrated." I groaned, he smiled.

"I've got a car. And Mr.Grey wants to see you. So I was sent to ask if you and your mother would join us all for dinner."
I was at a loss for words for a moment, "What who's Mr.Grey?" I asked. He busted out laughing, "Yes or no missy."
"Umm sure. Mom wouldn't mind is it ok if we stop by my house first so I can change?" I asked looking down at my clean pink blouse. He put his finger on his chin, "Na the quicker you see Mr.Grey the better. He has all sorts of plans for you." again he started to laugh and I finally got why Sasuke told me to make no movie references around Itachi. "Climb in. Your Will Turner awaits." he said motioning toward his cherry red mustang. I nodded and got in the passenger side, once he was in and started the car it hit me. "Did you just make a Pirates of the Caribbean reference?" he only winked and pushed the gas.

Ino

I never thought id be here, alone completely alone. My empty house had gotten to me all this alone time lets me think of not so good thoughts like Prom, then what had happened a few days ago. Shikamaru told me he wasn't sorry and that I shouldn't have over reacted and before I knew it I had slapped him. After that I've just been sitting here with this these disgusting things in my hand, I knew I had to stop and sooner or later someone would find out but I just couldn't give them up, they made all the pain go away.

Laying back on my bed I ignored the buzzing of my phone. I didn't want to talk to anyone, I just wanted to lay here and forget everything. Eating a few more of my precious fruity delights I let them take me to the dream world, maybe next time I wake up everything will be ok.

Sakura

"Yeah yeah yeah!!" Itachi sang along with the song that was playing. I put my phone in my lap, "You ok?" he asked.
"Yeah. I'm just worried about my friend Ino. She didn't come to school today and she won't answer her phone." He stopped the car quickly, "Hmm...weird, oh well we're at your house go get your mom and change. Don't keep Sastay waiting, he's itching to see you." I blushed at the comment then got out and wondered toward my house where I was met with my mom rushing out the front door. "Mom where are you going didn't you get my text?" I asked.
"Yes honey but I'm on call at the hospital a person was hit by a train. I've got to go." she yelled while jumping in her car and driving off.

Walking up to my room I threw off my blouse and started to rumage threw my dresser for my favorite shirt, one of Sasuke's that I ended up changing to look like my own. Sliding it over my head and down my slender frame I smiled at myself in the mirror. 'I'm coming Sasuke. And be ready to get kissed!' My inner cheered. I laughed at the thought, man I love that raven haired boy.
