the next few days were pretty similar, the four having fun with the time they had together. juliana and rowan really didn't have any plans of stopping anywhere else so they decided to stay at rylee and alice's house for as long as they were welcome. rowan and rylee were outside playing fetch with hunter while jules and alice sat inside watching a movie.

"you guys seem good for each other." alice said as she noticed juliana staring outside to rowan. the blush that spread across the brunettes cheeks was embarrassing.

"i like him, a lot." she muttered, smiling when rowan finally looked at her. he came inside and sat besides her, resting his arm over his shoulder.

"you smell." she teased, pulling out of the sweaty man's hold.

"you've seen me worse." he smirked and walked to get himself a bottle of cold water. rylee walked in with hunter after a few minutes, plopping down on the couch.

"i think we should start heading back." rowan said while walking back to the couch.

"why?" rylee grumbled, looking over at her brother.

"honestly, i miss my bike." he chuckled softly.

"ou yeah." juliana said while remembering the bike. she grew to love his bike and had been thinking about getting her own, but she didn't know how to drive one, she just liked the feeling of riding on one. she loved being rowan's backpack, essentially.

"can i use your washer?" juliana said while looking at alice. the pink haired girl smiled and led juliana to their laundry room.

"the detergent and softener is in here." she pointed to two large glass bottles filled with blue liquids.

"and scent crystals." she pointed to a glass container with a light wood top.

"and then dryer sheets." she picked up and wooden box and opened the top to show her.

"thank you... you guys house just amazes me." she giggled softly, letting the washer fill with water and some of the detergent before going upstairs to get their dirty clothes.

after another week the two headed back on their way. juliana and alice weren't too happy about leaving but all good things must come to an end. they decided to not stop anywhere else which put their drive at 18 hours.

the drive was long and excruciating but they managed, mainly with a lot of music. juliana ended up finishing her book she got in new york and got another from a store they'd stopped at. when they arrived they didn't even unpack the car, just went inside and collapsed into bed.

they next day was spent sleeping and cuddling. yeah they'd been able to sleep in a bed while on their trip but sleeping in their own bed felt amazing. the car didn't get unpacked for three days, when rowan practically drug himself outside to unpack it. and because juliana needed something out of her bag.

"thank you baby." she smiled, kissing his lips as an extra thanks. he smiled and walked to get the rest of the things out of the car.

"should we go get some takeout?" he asked while standing behind her, holding her body in his arms.

"chinese?" she looked up at him hopeful.

"yeah, we could get chinese." she smiled and spun around to hug him. he wasn't the biggest fan of chinese food, he only ate a few things off the menu but chinese food did sound good.

"i love you so much." she blurred out, blushing when she noticed what she said but it was already out.

"i love you, pretty girl." he smiled and tucked his fingers under her chin, pressing their lips together.

"can we take the bike?" she asked while staying pressed against him. he shrugged.

"yeah, we could take the bike." he smiled. she jumped in excitement and went to slip on her shoes. he walked out to the garage and grabbed his helmet from the shelf.

"look how pretty." she squealed at the sight of her helmet and new gear. he smiled and handed it to her climbing on the bike and started it while she got herself geared up.

"ready?" rowan asked over the engine of his bike. she wrapped her arms around him and nodded into his back. he opened the garage door and then they were off, driving around the city. he drove around for about thirty minutes before rerouting to go to her favorite chinese spot. he went inside to order then returned to the bike with her, flipping up her visor to meet her eyes.

"ten minutes." he smiled, resting his helmet against hers. she smiled and hugged his torso, swaying softly with him. she looked up as the sky began turning light pinks and blues, little hues of purple here and there.

the two got lost in the bright colors of the sky, lost in each other. the soft voice of the server made them separate. he took the bag of food and tucked it into his backpack, helping juliana pull it on and they were off back to the house. when they arrived back home they climbed back into bed, unloading their food and ate quietly while watching a movie they'd picked out.

"try this." juliana smiled, pushing a piece of her chicken to his mouth. he accepted the fork and hummed at the taste of the sauce.

"what is that?" he asked softly.

"general tso." she smiled. his usual was chicken and broccoli or lo mein but this would be added to his list from now on. after they finished they passed out, cuddled in each other's arms. they did this pretty much every night and it never got old, holding onto your lover while you drift off to sleep.

the two you'd never except to get together were in fact, in love with each other. they loved every inch of each other, even more the others flaws. they were so excited for what else would come in their relationship.
