I try to roll over, confused by why I can't move. My eyes flutter open, squinting from the light shining in as I look down to see Eddie spooning me, his arms wrapped around me tightly.

I look down at my watch, panic setting in as I wiggle free from Eddie's grasp. "Eddie! Get up!" I tap on his chest as his eyes flash open, just as confused as I was "It's 8 AM!" I panic,

How did we manage to fall asleep and stay asleep all night? If I thought I was in trouble before, I was hell casted now.

"No it's not," Eddie squints, groaning as he looks at his watch "Aw shit," he whispers in realization, his arm dragging across his face.

"Not only are we about to be late for school, my parents know by now that I'm not home." I start rushing around his room for my clothes

"Shit.." he groans again as I pick up my shirt and whip him with it "Is that all you're going to say?" I snap as he sits up , eyes barely open "Uncalled for," Eddie points a finger at me.

"We are both dead. Dead dead dead.." I repeat as I find my pants, "I can't wear this stuff to school," I grip onto my clothes in frustration, they were basically pyjamas.. not exactly school attire.

"Just grab one of mine," Eddie stretches his arms out, being way too laid back about the situation. "Get moving," I huff at him, opening multiple drawers to his dresser in order to find a shirt that wouldn't stick out like a sore thumb.

Landing on a black Kiss concert T-shirt with mildly shredded sleeves, it would do.. it would do better than what I had at least but now I was going to be stuck in pants that shouldn't see the light of day.

Wait! Gym shorts! Maybe they do come in handy after all. Oh no I have none of my books. God damn it!

I practically have to push Eddie out of bed just to get him in the process of getting ready. Both of us rushing around like chickens with our heads cut off.

"keys! keys? Where's my keys?!" Eddie's now losing his own mind, patting down his pants, jean jacket and leather jacket. I grab his keys off the night stand, tossing them over to him and motion for the door. "Lifesaver," He grins.

Even in our frantic state on the drive to school, Eddie still reaches over for my hand.. our fingers intertwining as we share a mutual knowing, small smile.
Not saying anything, but both thinking the same thing.

Also did I mention this guy drives like a maniac? How he doesn't died by way of car crash is beyond me. I think I'm more terrified of his driving than my parents.

Jumping out of the passenger side after Eddie parks his van, I walk around the front of it as he does the same. "Uh..." his eyes widen, moving my hair away from my neck with an uneasy look on his face.

"What? What!" I begin to panic more, grabbing at my neck "Yeah so, the hickeys I left.. kinda noticeable," his teeth clench together apologetically. I bring my hands to my face, shaking my head while it's in my hands "I forgot my sweater," I groan. Stupid me.

I watch as Eddie shrugs off his self customized jean jacket and hands it to me "Are you crazy? I wear this and it's a dead give away we were together." I look from him to the jacket "It's either that or everyone knows we.." My hand covers his mouth, feeling him smile behind it.

"Fine," I let out a huff of a breath, sliding my arms through the sleeveless jacket as Eddie checks me out "It looks so much better on you," He raves, leaning in for a kiss as I snap my fingers in his face "Focus, Eddie!" I whisper yell at him.

He looks at me like I'm a mother scolding him "Either way we're fucked," Eddie says in all honesty, it was strange seeing him in his leather jacket with out the other one over top. "Way to make me feel better," I sigh, pinching the bridge of my nose.
