The weekend had been blissfully uneventful, besides the Metallica concert of course. It was to the point where I was working during nearly any free time I had, I could swear ninety nine percent of my time was spent in school and then work.

The other one percent being spent with Eddie, who I rearranged my shift after school for so I could be there to watch the D&D campaign. He had been raving about it all weekend, the excitement building up more and more.

Again, I barely know anything about it. The most I know is what Eddie tells me and most of it still doesn't make sense to me but he loves it and is passionate about it so I'm going to be there when I can and watch quietly in the background.

Even between classes it's all I heard about, Dustin giving hour countdowns every time I saw him. I personally didn't understand it, didn't see the big deal but it was fascinating to watch.

How easily they all got into character and would pick up where they left off with out missing a beat, it was an art in a sense and I was glad I got to be apart of it, in the audience sense at least.

I enter the stage to see Eddie setting up for the campaign, donning his hellfire club shirt.. his hair messy and his face having complete focus written all over it.

"Stressed?" I ask as I set my bag down by the door "No," he says quickly as he gets all pieces set up perfectly "Ah! There we go!" Eddie claps his hands together loudly, a satisfied grin on his lips.

"And the queen has arrived," he does a bow towards me as I roll my eyes "I'm just a spectator," I laugh, joining him by the table. "You can be my queen," he taps my nose "Oh so I've levelled up from princess," I tease.

Eddie sits down in his thrown like chair at the head of the table, pulling me down onto his lap "You can be both," he smiles, looking back at the table to double check everything is in place.

"You're so cute when you're hyper focused," I practically coo to him, squishing his cheeks between my thumb and pointer finger, moving his head back and forth.

"I must be cute all the time then," the words are hard to hear from his mouth being squished "Hmm, I'd say half the time." I joke, letting go of his cheeks as his mouth jumps forward quickly to mesh into my own.

"So I can stay here the whole game right?" I try to sound serious, "You know.. I love you, soo much.." Eddie's cautious as he speaks "But there's no way I could play with you on my lap," He gives a shake of his head.

"Aww, why not?" I fake a pout, my fingers playing with his necklace.  "You're too distracting," his amber brown eyes flash to mine, I search his eyes for a moment then raise a brow

"Now what could I ever do that's so.. distracting?" I play coy, my fingers dancing from his necklace to his neck. Eddie leans into my hand, eyes closing momentarily as he shivers,

He quickly realizes what I'm doing and grabs on to my wrist, pulling it away from his neck to avoid temptation. "That's distracting," He whispers in what sounds like a warning.

Eddie holds my wrist in his hand, near both of our faces.. giving the look of wanting to cave but knowing he can't. "That? No.." I laugh "That was nothing, this though.." I move the wrist that's in my hand between my skirt, Eddie's hand coming along with it "Now that's distracting," I grin wildly,

His mouth parts in shock, looking from his hand then up to me, then back to his hand then back to me. "You're evil," He says slowly, I wiggle against his hand "Sometimes," I shrug with a laugh.

"Good luck with the game," I pat his cheek, giving him a quick kiss as I stand up and straighten out my skirt "You might want to pull your chair in," I stifle a laugh, able to see Eddie's bulge clear as day through his pants.
