For giving me the idea for this chapter.

I felt the familiar sand between my fingers and around my ankles. As I sat up I saw Luciennes form running towards me, before stopping right in front of me to help me up.

"Oh my Y/N, you made it. Matthew told me that Dream was going to send you here while he went to retrieve his helm." Lucienne said as she started dusting off my dress.

I smiled at her before hugging her.

"Oh I missed you Luci." I said into her chest as I hugged her. I felt her quietly chuckle as she hugged me back.

We had hugged for a few more minutes before I quickly broke the hug. I didn't feel right. I started coughing into my sleeve, every time I coughed, a couple drops of blood would come out onto my sleeve.

"Y/N! Are you okay?" Lucienne asked as she saw my sleeve. I nodded to try and make things better...but It didn't. I started feeling tired, like I could just fall asleep right then and there.

I closed my eyes and opened them, only to see that I was no longer standing, nor in The Dreaming. I was in Luciennes arms. Around us were trees, I think I already know where Lucienne is taking me.

I heard faint talking and small screeching, I turned my head to see the forms of two familiar men coming towards Lucienne and I.

"Abel! Cain! Please help me, Y/N- she doesn't look good!" I heard Lucienne yell out as her speed quickened.

I heard them both come closer, but...I felt so tired...I closed my eyes once again, only to open them and see a wood ceiling.

"Huh.." I said as I lifted my head up. I was wearing different clothes. It was a white night gown, I also had white socks on. As I looked around I saw somebody scrambling out of a wooden chair across from where I was laying.

"Your awake!" The voice of Abel said as he quickly walked towards me.

"How are you feeling? Does anything hurt?" Abel kept asking me questions before I could answer. Only stopping once the door to the room we were in had opened, two people came into the room and quickly came towards me.

"Y/N your awake!" Lucienne said as she crouched down onto her knee beside the bed I laid on.

"So she is. Is she alright Abel?" Cain said as he came to stand next to his brother Abel.

"I don't know, she just woke up." Abel said as he put a hand on my forehead.

"Her temperature is fine. Nothing hurts right?" Abel had asked. I shook my head no, before having the urge to cough.

I coughed a couple of times, some drops of blood coming out each time and staining the sleeve of my night gown.

I saw as Abel quickly grabbed my arm and saw my sleeve. As I looked up at him, a wave of fatigue washed over me, making me lay my head back down.

"You need to stay up Y/N, please." I heard Abel say as he shook my shoulder.

"But I'm tired" I said as I was close to shutting my eyes.

"You mustn't Y/N, you need to stay awake." I heard Lucienne say.

"If you got to sleep Y/N, we don't know when you'll wake up." Cain said as he went to my other side and started shaking my shoulder.

I started whining.

"B-But I wanna sleep. I don't think I'll be able to stay awake. I feel like I haven't slept in days" I said as I started closing my eyes.
