Movie Day

Today was Saturday so you guys didn't have school. You slept in a little later than usual. It was around 12:40 when you woke up. You changed out of your pj's into some day time clothes. You then went outside to the kitchen. You saw your siblings watching tv and eating ice cream but your dad was no where to be found.

"Where's dad?"

"He went somewhere with a few friends. We don't know when he'll be back."

"Okay then."

You got yourself something to eat. It was just a few crackers since you weren't all hungry. You then heard a knock on the door which scared all of you. Finn and Gwen walked into the kitchen standing a few feet behind you as you opened the door.

"Hey."

You all took a small sigh of relief.

"Dammit Robin! You scared us."

"Sorry. I just came by to see if you guys wanted to go to the drive in. There's this new movie out that I think you guys might like."

You looked at Finn and Gwen.

"Y'all wanna go?"

"Yeah. Sounds like fun."

You then turned to Robin.

"Well, I guess we're going. What time does it start?"

"It actually starts here in 20 so you guys might wanna get ready and hurry while you're at it."

You let Robin inside as the other two went to change out of their own pj's while you just went to put shoes on. Once you guys were done getting ready, you all hopped in robin's uncle's car and y'all were off.

~time skip to the drive in~

Robin's uncle parked the car next to all of these other cars. Turns out, it was a horror movie. It was the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie.

"You kids have fun. I got a couple of friends I'm gonna hang with."

"Alright. See ya later."

He waved you guys goodbye and you guys were now all on your own. The movie soon started. You saw that Finn and Gwen were focused on the movie and decided to scare them. Of course, that caused them both to jump.

"Jesus, what's wrong with you?"

You all started laughing after that. Then, it was back to the movie. That was until you got thirsty.

"Hey guys, I'm gonna hit the snack bar. You want anything?"

"Water for me."

"Uh, same."

"I want popcorn."

"Okay, got it. See ya in a few."

You then got up and left them. You made it to the snack bar and got what you needed. As you were heading back, you felt a tap on your shoulder. You turned around to see who it was.

"Are you trying to give me a heart attack?"

"Maybe."

"Thanks Vance. Anyway, what's up?"

"Just watching this lame movie. My friend forced me here."

"Oh really? Yeah, me, Finn, Gwen, and Robin are just over there watching it actually."

You pointed to them on top of the car.

"Nice. I'm kinda glad I ran into you. My friend was getting kinda annoying. You don't mind if I hang with you, do you?"
