So the moment she reached out her hand for me to take, eyes filled with love and affection. I didnt hesitate, I took her hand and jumped with 𝘩𝘦𝘳.

Joseph's Pov
"Come on, lets get you pretty lady to bed" I guide Celia to the bathroom, so we could get ready for bed. I can tell she's exhausted.
Celia only laughs as I hold both of her shoulders, walking us to the bathroom. I carry her to sit on the sink as I sit in between her legs, I ready our toothbrushes and our cups.
"Here you go, my love" I hand her, her sage green toothbrush, while mine is the color blue.
"Thank you, love" She tells me with a smile that immediatley makes my heart skip a beat.
We both brushed our teeth while giving each other smiles now and then. My other hand held her thigh, my thumb just softly rubbing her skin from time to time.
After brushing our teeth, I lead her to the bed and change her clothes. I know she can do it herself but she's tired, and im just happy to help her in any way I could.
"Okay baby, now lift up your arms" I softly tell her, noticing her eyes fluttering from exhaustion.
I slip her shirt on, and also change my clothes as fast as I can.
Both now laying on the bed, dressed in comfy clothes for bed, I open my arms, silently telling her to cuddle with me. I just want her closer.
Shuffling herself in my arms, as I hold her. Her head resting on my chest, my arms wrapping around my wife.
Suddenly I hear paws running to our room. Duke jumps on the bed and lays down by our feet, his usual spot for bed. Sometimes, in the middle of the night he sleeps in between of us, and usually laying his head close to celia.
Not only does he steals my spot next to Celia, he also has a favorite parent.
"Duke, stay there okay, I lay down next to mummy." I whisper to him, trying not to wake Celia up.
Suddenly I hear a giggle that my ears could only describe as heaven. My head quickly whips to the delicate woman im holding.
"Baby, did you just tell our son to not lay down next to me" She tells me with a soft laugh.
"Well he always steals my spot" I pout.
"Baby, just go to bed" She tells me while giggling.
"Okay okay, goodnight my love" I whisper to her, giving her nose and head a kiss.
"Goodnight, I love you" She tells me quietly.
"Goodnight duke" We both whisper, sleep overcoming us three.
