"So Celia what have you been feeling lately." The doctor ask's me gently.
"Uh, I've been more tired than usual and I keep getting these random bruises and I don't even know how I got them in the first place and random consistent chills I guess" I list my symptoms not thinking much of it because it's probably exhaustion or something.
"Okay, Celia let's get you blood tested and see for sure what's happening yeah?" The doctor tell's me as she checked my blood pressure.
"Okay sure." I tell her gently. I notice Ivy looking worried as the doctor left the room to prepare for my blood test. I approach her and wrap my arms around her shoulder as I sit next to her.
" I told you to stop worrying, Ivy I swear i'm fine." I tell her as gently and assuring as I could.
"Celia the fact that the doctor needs a blood test is like serious, what if it's something serious." She says worriedly as she started picking at her nails, a habit she always had ever since we were kids.
"It's just a blood test, plus she just wants to make sure it's nothing serious, Ivy it's probably part of the process." I shrugged my shoulders and pulled her closer.
"Everything's fine, we'll be okay I promise"
Even I started to doubt if everything is fine.
