Scared

Celia's Pov

Walking to our house, my knees are about to give out, my hands are sweating, my body feels heavy every step I take, as I get closer to the door it gets hard to breathe.

Turning the knob on the door I feel like throwing up, my head is spinning and I feel dizzy.

"Baby? Is that you?" I hear the sweet voice of my love as duke is at my feet excited to see me.

"Yeah, i'm here" I call out, my voice shakes but I hope he doesn't hear.

I sit on the couch, i'm scared that if I stand even longer I might pass out.

I can hear Joe walking to where I was, my mind scattered and a mess.

Flowers cloud my vision as joe holds a bouquet of flowers in front of me.

"I got you flowers" He tells me with a grin. He's so comforting I might cry.

"I love them! What for?" I asked still shaken up but I try and hide it as I grab the flowers, though my hand is shaking. I hope he doesn't notice.

"Just because I love you" He then kisses my forehead, suddenly I feel a bit better.

He has that calming happy energy that just makes me happy and calm.

"Thank you baby, I love you so much" I look into his eyes and suddenly i'm comforted, those sweet brown eyes let's me know i'm home.

"Are you okay love?"

There it is. He noticed that i've probably been off. He just knows.

I can't help it, the tears are forming and i'm afraid I can't stop them.

"Celia my love what happened? why are you crying? what happened my love?"

I love it when he calls me that, "my love", i'm his love.

"I'm scared, I'm so scared" I breathe out, still crying and now slightly shaking.

He pulls me on his lap with my head on his chest as he rubs my back, duke by our side winning, with sounds of worry coming from him.

"Why are you scared? What happened my love?"

I can't answer, i'm too overwhelmed that I just cry.

I'm so scared.
