****Y/N'S POV****

Today's school day dragged on in an agonizingly slow pace. Of course this happens on the last day of school before spring break. Eddie tried convincing me to ditch too, I should've listened to him... But I told him that we had to get our shit together, I want him to graduate this year. He for sure is gonna hold this over my head when we get out today. I sighed as I looked up from the grade book to see the clock showed about an hour and a half left of school. I sighed and kept recording grades. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if I was actually doing something. It's not like I get to do anything fun after school anyways. Steve, Robin, and I have to work tonight. Apparently since its Spring Break Family Video is supposed to be busy as hell... I know that place will be dead again. I was pulled from my thoughts when the bell rang and gathered my stuff. I was met by Mike and Dustin in the hall, waiting for me to come out.

"Hey Y/N... Eddie said you won't be at Hellfire tonight..." Dustin questioned me.

"Yeah, I have work," I shrugged, "What's up?"

"Well... You're kind of our secret weapon." Mike added.

"How so? What is going on?"

"You distract Eddie. So you have to be there." Dustin blurted out.

"Guys... Eddie doesn't get distracted like that... Maybe you guys have just been on a really good streak lately." I explained.

"Nope. He gets all googoo gaga when you're there! Please come!" Dustin begged.

"I can't guys. I have work." I sighed.

"What if I can get Steve to-"

"Get Steve to what?" he asked as he appeared next to me in the bustling hallway.

"Speak of the devil." I laughed.

"Steve, we need Y/N to come to D&D tonight." Dustin begged.

"She doesn't even play... Does she?" He asked.

"No. I don't. Apparently I'm the distraction that helps them win? I don't know anything about D&D except there are a bunch of different dice. I already said I can't go."

"Sorry guys, boss is making all of us come in tonight because of spring break. Can't you guys just play D&D tomorrow?" Steve asked.

"No!" Mike cried out.

"The last time we asked to postpone it turned into a rant or more like a speech..." Dustin explained. "The balls in laundry baskets rant..."

"Sounds like him." I smiled, "So passionate."

"We've lost her." Dustin sighed, "Okay. We are gonna have to try really hard tonight."

"You know how he is about this new campaign. We are gonna get destroyed." Mike groaned.

"Look what you did, Steve. I'm disappointed in you." I scolded him as I winked.

"Speaking of Eddie... Where is-"

"Sorry! I'm here!" Eddie yelled. "Are you going to work with Harrington?"

"I am. I can't get out of it. Come over after D&D?"

"Leave your window open and I'll be there." He smiled.

"You climb in through the window?" Steve asked as he raised an eyebrow and tried not to laugh.

"At least I have someone who wants to sneak into my bedroom window." I grinned.

Just as Steve was about to answer me Molly walked up to me.
