Chapter 8

Lizzie's PoV

"Jimmy!" Lizzie shouted when she saw Jimmy walking up the stairs of the Prisma Palace, "Lizzie!" He said as he finally reached the end of the stairs and pulled Lizzie in for a hug, "Where's Joel?" He asked as he looked around, "In Mezelea, together with Moss, Joel doesn't want to stay here as long- he has some things to take care of." Lizzie quickly corrected herself, Jimmy gave her a questioning look but didn't ask any further.

"Autumn told me she was here so I came to pick her up." He said
"Oh of course! they are swimming at the coral reef right now, we can swim over to get them."
"Alright-"

"Majesty! Majesty! The ocean! It's draining!" A guard shouted as he rushed into the room.
Lizzie's eyes widened as she ran towards the window and let out an audible gasp.

Jimmy followed her, his mouth falling open when he saw what the guard meant. "What?! But just now it was still perfectly fine!"

The water was almost completely gone, making the ocean not more than a mere two meters deep, exposing the shipwrecks almost completely.

"Majesty, what are your orders?" The guard asked.
"Evacuate the whole empire." Lizzie immediately ordered, "Bring them to Mezelea, ready five dolphins, I'm going to get Ocean and the others.

The guard nodded before running off again, shouting some orders at the other guards who immediately ran off too.

"Jimmy go to the Cod Empire, help your people." Lizzie said as she tied her hair into a messy pigtail."
"I'm not leaving Autumn behind!" Jimmy protested
"I'm going to get them! Now go, you're only wasting time right now."

Jimmy stayed silent for a while, before making an angry noise and leaving the room.

Lizzie sighed, "Finally."

"Majesty! The dolphins are waiting at the west side of the Prisma Palace!"

Lizzie nodded. "Good."

"Thank god." Lizzie whispered when the coral reef came in sight, yet there was no sign of any of the three girls.

Lizzie frowned, "Ocean? Ocean! Where are you!"

"Split up! Scan the whole coral reef!" She shouted at the dolphins before diving underwater too.

Half an hour later and still no sign of any of the girls, "Autumn! Sun! Ocean!" Lizzie started panicking.

Oh god, oh god, oh god.

Autumns PoV

"Come on! I'm sure you will like it!" Ocean shouted from the water.

"The water is cold!" Sun complained, sitting in the boat as she dramatically put one finger in the water.

"Please! It's really-" Ocean stopped mid-sentence, "Something wrong?" Autumn asked as she appeared out of the water.

Ocean pointed at the coral, "When we came here the coral was deep underwater, but now some points aren't even touching the water anymore!"

Autumn frowned.

"What the hell."
