yum! It's a really easy, health treat to eat with cookies, or something you can dip in it. Add about 1/2 a cup milk to make it yogurty. mmm...
Ingredients
1/2 a cup strawberries,chopped in quarters
1/2 a cup pineapple, diced.
1/2 a cup peaches, sliced
1/2 a cup raspberries
1/2 a cup coconut (Not really important)
A mint leaf for looks
(You can substitute any fruit for some other berry)
Something to dip in salsa.
Tools
A blender
Bowl
To start: gather up the fruit and throw them into the blender to their horrible deaths, leaving out the mint leaf. Put the blender on "blend" and continue to do so until the salsa looks like mush.
when the salsa is ready, plop it into a bowl and drop the mint leaf on top. Bring out a sweet bread or cookie, avoiding the chocolate flavoured ones.
Settle down with your family, and fight for the mint leaf on top. Remember, if someone else gets the mint leaf, start complaining about how you were the one who made the salsa, and how you deserve it the most. :)
Don't look startled about my idea. I haven't tried it, but please write your response to this recipe on the comments page.
