Perfect Peanut butter cups

These little cups are kind of like a simple take on Reese's peanut butter cups... They are a perfect homemade candy for whenever you feel like chocolate!

Ingredients:

1 jar chunky peanut butter

(you won't be using the whole jar, but it's nice to chose your own quantity)

4 cups melted semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

Baking supplies:

1 sauce pan

Plenty of space in your freezer

spoon x2

Baking cups

1 large muffin pans.

Measuring cups

To start: Place the chocolate chips in the sauce pan and set on stove-top low. Slowly mix around the delicious chocolate until there is minimum lumps inside the thick liquid.

While your waiting for your chocolate to melt, line the muffin pan with baking cups. One the chocolate has liquified into perfection, pour a thin layer into the base of your cups with your pre-used spoon.

Wait a little for the thin layer to solidify, brushing your finger briefly across the layer of chocolate, to see if it is hard enough. If so, take out your peanut butter and a new spoon. Dip your spoon inside the jar to take out your size of peanut butter, and form it into a nice-sized patty.

After, place the patty onto your layer of chocolate and make sure it's nicely centred and doesn't take up all of the space inside your cup, keeping in mind that a chocolate wall will surround it. Replace this step until all of your cups have peanut butter in it.

After, pour some more chocolate inside the cups, checking to make sure that a wall surrounds the patty, as well as a roof on top of it. Once all of your patties are surrounded by life's most preferred treat, pop them into the fridge and wait for about an hour, or until the treats are solid, pushing a finger across them to check.

If you have a lot of chocolate left, you can make another batch. If you have a little bit, go crazy, grab that pre-used spoon and enjoy!
