Chris P.O.V

I slept peacefully last night and I know what yall thinking "Are you and Ashely a couple?" Of course not, I mean she basically threw herself at me and even though, I slept with her. I don't respect girls that meaning as they are not "bring them back home to meet the parents" material or simply "wifey" material. Ashely cool and all, she just not the girl I would commit to.

Talking about girls and commitment in the same sentence kindof get to me because it been a whole year since I actually been into a real, committed, loving relationship that I enjoy and wouldn't mind being out about.

Mariah P.O.V

It's weird but funny because me and Cierra woke around the same time. When we noticed that, we started dancing doing the Shmoney dance and then eventually got tired.

For some reason, we were turnt then went downstairs to fix us something to eat. We cooked everything you can think of and I felt proud of myself, but since Cierra parents haven't returned from their little "gathering" last night. It was just Cierra, Chris and I, at the house. Speaking of the devil himself, Chris walked downstairs in the kitchen.

" Goodmorning ladies."
" Goodmorning brother." Cierra said.

"Oh, Goodmorning." I said and rolled my eyes. After I found out, that was Ashely coming from his room. I just didn't look at Chris like I used to anymore and I thought me and him could be at least friends. I guess, I thought absoutely wrong.

Cierra went and took a shower, so it was only me and Chris in the kitchen. For some odd reason, he was just staring at me.

"Um.. is there a problem?" I asked him.
" I just never looked at you before.. you are gorgeous."
" Look Chris for one, I am NOT and repeat NOT Ashely, so all that sweet talking is nothing to me and plus, I just woke up and I still haven't freshen myself up. I don't know if you still have a lil crust inbetween your eyes or what."

Chris just stared once again and didn't say anything, instead he stood up.
"Chris, you just don't get it. Not every girl is going to thr-" Before I could finish, Chris crashed his lips into mine. I was very much shocked as in why would he do that.

Chris P.O.V

I didn't know what made me kiss Mariah, but hell I did it and her lips was soft as hell. All of a sudden as I was kissing her thoughts of my ex girlfriend who I was happy in a relationship with, started coming back up.

But, she had to move away with her family so it was bye bye to her and our relationship. She actually was the one to break things off and unfortuntely, I had to go with the flow of everything. Everything hit me, that I was still kissing Mariah and suddenly somebody cleared their throat.. it was Cierra.

Cierra P.O.V

I was calling Mariah and I guess she didn't notice, so I went to go see why she didn't answer me. I walked into the kitchen to find not only her and Chris in the kitchen.. but them kissing.

" What in the - "
" Look Cierra , I was just trying to talk to Chris until he kissed me."
" Yeah Cierra, Mariah is right."
I pointed for Mariah to go in my room and she sadly went.

" Chris, I don't want you to be with my friend. If you are planning to break her heart, trust me I have been there and seen the pain with her."
" Look little sister, I would not ever do such a thing to her. And I have been in a couple of heart broken situations myself."

I wanted to reply to what he said, but I just left him there standing and hanging. So, I went up to my room to let Mariah know that I don't care if her and Chris date or whatever they want to be just be very much lowkey. So my parents would not get suspicious and think of anything.

"Mimi ? " I called her name as I approached my bedroom door. When I opened the door she was looking so depressed in the face, which was funny as hell to me.

Mariah P.O.V.

I didn't know what came over Chris to kiss me, I mean yeah I like Chris. But, I don't know if he feel the same. I mean that kiss could mean anything, Cierra came in and shut my deep thought out by calling my name.

" Mimi ? " Cierra called.
" Yeah Ce ."
" I came up here to tell you, I am not mad and wish the best for you and Chris."

I was very much shocked on what Cierra said and what she mean "wish the best for you and Chris" .. I don't even know what me and Chris is. I am just glad she is being a good and supportive friend because other girls would flip out if they find their bestfriend and brother kissing.

" Aww thanks boo, but I don't even know what me and Chris is. All I know is, that I am telling him off and he gets up and kiss me."
" Omg for real, just like that? Are you sure that you two just like each other and might not have the balls enough to say it?"

I had to think about that, I mean I know my feelings toward Chris. I just don't know his feelings toward me. As I thought about it, I got up and walked to his room until Cierra questioned me.

" Where you going?" Cierra asked.
" To go see what type of feelings Chris has towards me."
" Aww , you go and get yo man bestie."

I laughed and thought of where would I be without that girl then started walking toward Chris bedroom door.

As I knocked on his bedroom door. He opened the door shirtless in my mind I was fanning myself and telling myself to calm down, "Hey Chris, I was seeing if we could talk."
" Yeah sure come in."

To my surprise, his room was clean. For boys his age having his room to be clean is something rare.

" So I take it as you want to talk about that kiss." Chris said.
" Yeah like what was it for, about. Like what made you do that ? "

" Well .. Mariah, I been had feelings for you just never came to thought until that night you questioned me about Ashely then this morning when I was admiring-"

" Staring, but continue." I said as I interrupted him in mid sentence.

"ADMIRING you and I noticed that you are special and I want to be that guy who can just love you in pieces or at least try."

When Chris said that, I was surprised it been awhile since a guy said sweet things like that. So, to actually just having Chris saying it makes it even better.

" Aww, of course Chris. But, I would like for you to say what you have to say in a question."

" Well okay. Mariah you wanna take it steady? I don't want to rush into anything right now. But we can see where this goes."
