Chapter 6

Mariah P.O.V.

It been 3 weeks, since I caught Chris cheating on me with Ashely. I woke up not feeling well to go to school, but my grandma cooking actually woke me up. So, I decided to go to school and Cierra texted me.

Cierra: Hey Mimi Baby, You Want Me To Come Scoop You Up ?
Me:Yeah Ce, If You Want To. I Won't Mind.

Even though, Chris is Cierra brother. I been real distant with everybody, she don't even know why me and Chris not talking. She just know me and him is not on real good terms for right now. But I hurried and got ready for school. Since its Friday me and Cierra were going to hang out after school, I put on my high-waisted shorts, long sleeve white shirt with my white Jordans and left my hair in curls.

When Cierra text me she outside, I hugged and kissed my grandma telling her I will be home a little later. I got in the car and Cierra were turnt for nothing, so I turnt up with her Ass Drop by Wiz Khalifa and thats my song right there. Finally, we pulled up to school tired but still turnt.

Right when I got out the car, I noticed that me and Cierra had similar outfits on she just had a blue long sleeve shirt with blue jordans. When I got closer to the school, I spotted out Apryl and Nicki and started talking with them. I turned around seeing Cierra with Trey, that's probably why we 15 minutes early. I didn't care though until I heard somebody call me. I notice it was Chris, so I just walked the other direction his face was the last face I wanted to see right now.

" Why haven't been you answe- " That's when the bell rung.
" Sorry, I have to go and my education. Don't want to grow up and depend on a cheating, lying and worthless man." I walked away with my girls and didn't even want to see Chris reaction because he surely didn't care about my feelings when he slept with that slut and it still hurts.

Chris P.O.V

I know I messed up, but why she have to look so good and throw it all in my face. I know Cierra is coming to the crew kickback because she said either both Trey and Mariah come or she ain't coming period. I overheard Mariah is coming, so that would be a good time for me to talk to her. Suddenly, I seen Cierra coming from out one of her classes.
" Ce?" I called her.
" Chris, what in the -, why are you out here. You not planning anything crazy, are you? Did you forget somet-" I cut her off in the middle of her sentence.
" Damn Cierra, you ask hella questions for nothing. But, is it true that Mariah is coming to the crew party tonight?"
" Well .. Excuse me, Christopher. A sister is just concerned about her brother. And plus, isn't she still mad at you? Why you want to know?" She asked.

" Somewhat Yeah, but is she coming ? "
" Yeah." She said annoyed.
" Alright, Thank Sis Hurry and Go to The Restroom. So, You Can Get Yo Education." I yelled down the hallway.
" Says the person who was waiting for me outside my classroom door." She yelled back.

I started laughing because that was somewhat true as well. Tonight, I am planning on getting my girl back sooner or later .

Mariah P.O.V.

School has ended and it feels like the last day of school type of thing. I guess because I'm so ready to hang with the crew. So, right when I walked in Chyna house. Chyna pulled me to the side and we started talking.

" Mariah, hey I want to speak with you." She said.
" Yeah Chyna Doll, what's up?"
" I want to let you know that Chris is going to be here and that you guys need to talk. I know what he did was wrong but who doesn't make mistakes."
" Aww, that's real cute and nice that you are taking his side. But certain mistakes are unnecessary and avoidable."
" I'm not taking anyone side, but think about it because to be honest Chris is the only guy in a while that you care about and no matter if you run off and go meet another guy. Every night, Chris will come across your mind."

Even though, I was slightly getting annoyed of hearing his name, hell.. having this conversation. Chyna was right, Chris may not have been my first sexual wise, but everything else he was and sooner or later, me and him would need to talk. At this point, I don't even know where Chris head is at .. once again, no telling. Speaking of him, he just walked in and his eyes were already locked on me. Then he made his way through the crowd and funiture.
" Mariah, Can I Talk With You ?"
