Abhimanyu drops Akshara and Avni outside a gift shop and goes to park the car. They roam around the shop.
Avni what do you want to buy for bhaiya?
I don't know Mamma. You say.
Take whatever you like. It's your gift and I am sure bhaiya will like anything you buy for him.

Akshara picks up Avni so that she can have a better look. While doing so Akshara's saree gets stuck in Avni's button causing it to rise up revealing her waist completely, unknown to Akshara. Avni spots a mug with congratulations written on it.

Just then Abhimanyu enters the shop and starts looking for his girls. He stops when he sees two boys standing by the aisle and passing comments which he understood were for a girl. He looks in their direction and sees Akshara and Avni. He gets angry but controls.
Akshu here take the keys and sit in the car. I will get this packed.
What happened? You sound upset. (Placing Avni down)
Nothing you just take Avni and go. I am coming.
Akshara leaves with Avni and Abhimanyu asks the shopkeeper to pack the gift. He heads towards the boys and starts beating them.
Sir what happened? Why are you beating them?
They know their mistake. That's why they are silent. You call the police.
Sir we are sorry. Please forgive us. We didn't know she was your wife.
Before Abhimanyu could react the police arrives and takes them. Akshara gets worried seeing the police but relaxes when she sees Abhimanyu coming back. He hands the bag to Avni who is sitting at the back and starts driving the car.
Papa what took you so long?
Abhi doesn't respond. Akshara senses something is wrong and sees a bruise on his knuckles so she tells Avni that the packing might have taken time.
They arrive at the Goenka House. Manish signals Aarohi to go upstairs and she leaves. Akshara asks Avni to go and give the gift to Kairav while she takes Abhimanyu to her room. She informs Swarna about Abhimanyu’s injury and tells her they will just come. Akshara puts a bandaid on his wound and makes him sit on the bed holding his hands.
Abhi what happened in the shop? Why were you so angry throughout the ride?
Nothing Akshu.
Abhi please. Look at yourself. Tell me.
He stands up and hugs her and narrates the whole incident to her. She rubs his back asking him calm down.

They leave the room and see the Birlas have arrived as well. Both the families have dinner talking about Kairav's deal and other things. Once done the family sits in the hall while Avni roams around with Swarna who is doing something in the kitchen.
