For the first time on Bhai Dooj a brother is asking for a gift from his sister rather than giving one. Akshara was taken aback by this demand but she would do it for her family. Also there was nothing left for her in this place as she had broken the heart of that one person who loved her unconditionally. So maybe this was a sign that she should leave and so she did. Though Kairav was taken aback when she agreed right away but then got to know from Abhimanyu how she had denied his love in front of his family.

Abhimanyu is seen waking up a girl in his bedroom.

He asks his team to prepare for the surgery and looks around to see if she is also there but he is unable to spot her.
He is in his cabin when Dr. Rohan comes and informs him that her BP isn't stable.
