Chapter 4

"Hey, is it weird that I feel like we're being followed?" Mika asked worriedly, despite this feeling being a common occurrence for her. "No, it is an apocalypse, so it might just be some walker, be sure to keep an eye out" Andy warned with a reassuring smile.

"Oh, looks like we're here" Andy pointed out as they stood in front of a small cabin. "It's smaller than I expected," Mika commented while looking at the cabin. "So this is where you were going" Shane spoke up, startling the two females.

Andy quickly drew her gun and pointed it at Shane, in turn, this caused Daryl to point his crossbow at her. "Woah, calm down, we mean no harm" Rick exclaimed as he puts his hands out. Andy ignored Rick and continued pointing her gun at Shane, but unlike her, Daryl lowered his weapon.

"Andy... Calm down, let's figure this out without wasting bullets. I really don't want to run from walkers" Mika spoke up, hoping to reason with Andy. "You're right..." Andy said as she let out a sigh while lowering her weapon.

"But, that doesn't excuse the fact that you followed us" Andy pointed out, now glaring at Rick. "I'm the one who followed you and am I glad I did! You would've taken all this stuff for yourself" Shane rudely stated while smiling like he won the lottery.

"...But we need this stuff," Mika said meekly, slightly scared of Shane. "No, you don't! We need it more!" Shane yelled out, which caused Mika to step backward out of fright. Andy quickly stepped in front of Mika, while pushing Shane away. "Don't make me draw my gun again" Andy threatened as she placed a hand on her gun.

"Hey now! Can't we get along and just split the goods we find?" Rick suggested to the two. "No, we can't! This is MY cabin! I own this thing!" Andy exclaimed, once again glaring at Rick. "I know this looks bad, but we need the stuff, please" Rick pleaded to Andy.

"No, we need it more, plus it's our stuff!" Andy argued back, while secretly waving her hand behind her. Mika noticed the signal and started to sneakily head into the cabin, hoping she won't be noticed. "You even brought these two bitches along!" Andy exclaimed while pointing at Shane and Daryl.

"Excuse me bitch?!" Daryl exclaimed, as she instantly got their attention. Thanks to the distraction, Mika successfully got into the cabin. Quickly, she opened any and every drawer or closet possible. Thankfully, the cabin is really small, so there are only a few dressers and closets.

She also grabbed the two rifles, that lay by the front door, slinging them over her shoulder. The last thing was a plastic, see-through, container full of medical supplies. Due to the small size, she can easily carry it in her arms.

Now, knowing she can't use the front door, she quickly looked for a window. She then spotted one facing the backside of the cabin. Easily opening it, she let all her supplies out first, then squeezed herself through the window.

Quickly, she picked everything back up and ran into the forest. Thankfully, she found a root cellar, that she quickly hid in. This only took up a few minutes, as there isn't that much stuff in the cabin. Just as she hid, the cabin's door was busted into, due to Shane shoving himself into the cabin.

"That bitch! Go look for any supplies she missed" Shane ordered Daryl. Rick rushed to Shane with a worried look, now blocking the doorway. "What are you doing?! I could've reasoned with her!" Rick hissed out.

"You weren't getting through to her, so I took it into my own hands!" Shan exclaimed, but before they could continue arguing, Daryl interrupted. "Hey! While you two were bitching, the girl left!" Daryl exclaimed as he pointed to the empty yard.

"Fuck!" Shane exclaimed as he rushed out of the house, spotting something in the woods he ran after it. Rick and Daryl quickly followed him, unsure of where he was going. The two females eventually run through Hershal's farm, booking it across the field.

"Andy, Mika, why are you running? Is there a hoard?!" Maggie asked as she spotted them from the porch. "Sorry, Maggie! Can't talk right now!" Andy exclaimed as they kept running, jumping the small fence in the process.

"Get back here!!" Shane yelled out as they weren't far behind them. Confused, Maggie ran after them. Taking notice of the chase, Glenn and Andrea ran after them, hoping to catch up to them. The rest of the group watched in confusion, forced to stay put to watch over the camp.

Andy and Mika continued to run through the forest, then ran across the highway. After about 2 minutes of running, they soon arrive at the base. Teo, Mika's father, was currently patrolling the gate, with a shotgun in hand.

Without hesitation, Teo opened the gate for the two, then quickly closed it behind them. When the group approached the gate, Teo pointed a shotgun at them. He then took out a walkie-talkie, while keeping an eye on the group. "Group of strangers at the front, seems hostile, bring back up," Teo said hastily.

In no time flat, four people ran towards the front, guns in hand. Mika hands Andy a rifle while grabbing the box from her. Mika quickly ran towards the main house, while Andy joined the group to defend the base with them.

Soon, Maggie, Gleen, and Andrea arrived at the scene. Having just caught up to Rick, Shane, and Daryl. "Oh, shit..." Daryl mumbled as he had not been fast enough to draw his weapon. Andrea hesitantly placed a hand on her handgun, only to get some guns pointed at her.
