It was 5:30 pm exact. You had just got home from work, you're clearly exhausted and stressed and you don't know how to hide that from Jisoo.
You finally decide to open the door. "y/n!!" Jisoo yells excitedly. She has been waiting for you to get home since you left this morning.
You usually would have greeted her with a hug or a kiss but instead you give a simple "hi" and sat on the couch.
Jisoo comes over to you from the kitchen. "What's wrong? Did you have a rough day today?" She says with a worried look in her eyes
You just kept quiet while trying to swallow the lump in your throat. You rarely ever cry in front of people, it makes you feel weak.
"Baby you know you can talk to me right? You're always here for me please let me be there for you. I love you more than anything you know that right?" Jisoo speaks in a soft voice.
Tears began to fill your eyes as Jisoo tried to comfort you. But you remained silent.
"Baby please Tell me whatever's on your mind" she reaches over and massages you shoulder. "I'm going to ask you again, are you ok?" She says.
One tear streams down your cheek, many more after it too. Jisoo pulls you into her arms "It's all going to be ok, I promise." She whispers into your ear.
You continued to cry into her shoulder while bunching up her shirt into your fists. "I'm just so exhausted and stressed. I don't know what to do" you spoke in between sobs
"I know you are, I know." She speaks softly. "You are doing such a great job with everything though."
You couldn't help but crack a little smile. You pull away and look at Jisoo with your red, puffy eyes. "I love you a lot but I feel like you need someone better than me" you spoke with another lump forming in your throat.
"y/n listen to me, I don't need anyone besides you. I want you. I need you." she said softly.
You smiled and wrapped your arms around her shoulders kissing her. You both giggled in between kisses.
"Let's go out for dinner, you must be starving" Jisoo says with a smile.
"I would love that" you said before kissing her forehead. You finally feel comfortable letting things out around Jisoo.
