You slammed your car door shut and groaned. You were tired all day at work, which caused you and your boss to get into an argument.
You knew that it wasn't just a small thing. It was definitely gonna put you in a bad mood for the rest of the night.
You started driving home, and smiled a bit at the thought of seeing Jisoo and the girls since they were going to be over your house for a while tonight.
You turned the radio on and focused on your driving for the next 7 minutes, until you pulled into the driveway.
You got out of your car and walked in the house, to see jisoo and the girls watching tv in the living room.
Jisoo smiled at you brightly, but she could tell something was wrong once you only gave her a small smile in return.
"Hi y/n" Jennie said. You greeted the girls and turned to head in the stairs, but Jisoo got up and stopped you.
"Wait!" She protested. "Where are you going? What's wrong?"
"I just wanna be alone right now. I'm really upset right now." You said quietly. "I had a fight with my boss because I've been tired all day. He told me I need to stop being lazy and work harder, and that I wasn't trying hard enough. Like, ok? I'm sorry that I haven't been sleeping the best. But I'm the best damn worker he's ever gonna get."
"Hey" she soothed. "It's alright. Take a breath."
You did just that, and she pulled you into her arms. "I'm sorry you had a rough day at work today. But he doesn't know what your life is like so he has no right to say that stuff. You always try your best baby, and you're not lazy. You've just had a rough sleep last night. The girls are leaving soon, when they leave do you wanna go up to bed?"
You nodded.
"Wanna watch tv with us for a bit?" She asked
You nodded and smiled, forgetting all about your day at work, ready to hang out with your best friends and girlfriend.
