The next day, Danny wanted to stay by Sandy's side at all times, especially after Sandy begged him to not leave her side. She was that terrified. So Danny and Sandy were in the living room, watching a movie while Danny's littler siblings were playing with their toys on the floor. Danny looked down to see Sandy asleep in his arms, he smiled sadly at her, feeling awful for her and total rage towards Bruno. Danny's younger brother, Dalton, walks in the living room and sits down next to him. "How is she?" He asked.
Danny smiled and pats his shoulder.
"She's gonna be ok, kiddo." He told him. "She has me to protect her."
Dalton smiled at his second elder brother.
"I'm glad she moved here." Dalton said.
"Me too, kid." Danny smiled.
Dalton smiled before getting up and going in the kitchen, while Danny looked down to see Sandy stirred a little and woke up.
"Hey, darlin'?" He whispers.
Sandy sits up a little.
"You sleep, alright?" He asked.
Sandy gave him a weak shrug.
"Kind of." She admits.
Danny kissed her cheek.
"Darling, you don't have to worry about that creep, ever again." Danny assured. "I won't let it happen."
Sandy let out a sniffle.
"I'm always gonna be here for ya and make sure you are safe." He promised her.
"Oh Danny," She spoke. "I love you!"
She cried in his arms as Danny held her tightly.
"I love you too, darling." He told her.
He held her protectively.
"I'll always do anything for ya." He added as he kissed her head.
Sandy just cries softly in his arms.
