TW: Needles and mentions of bugs.
Airy's POV:
Finally, they're all here. It took a while without the teleporting command but, it worked. I mixed this new potion, I should try it. It should turn people into living demons. With wings, because who doesn't love flying? After getting everybody back in their rooms (plus the protest taken care of) I can start. I got my voice ready and spoke in the microphone.
"Can Subject 02-1 please go to the testing room, thanks." Batches Two and Three both looked relived. Batch One however, didn't look the same. Eventually the one I wanted came. It was like dealing with an angry dog. But, I managed to strap him down to the bed. So dramatic.
"Let me go you psychopath!" The subject demanded.
"Chill out a bit, it's just a needle." I tried to calm him down, but that only made it worse.
"Stop wriggling like a drunk worm." I grasped his arm and got the needle in. He let out a scream and was gasping for any oxygen he could get a hold of. I took down some notes down and left for a bit. Clearly everybody heard it because they all looked horrified. Stupid plastic bottle. Just making it worse for himself! I looked back and he was half in a coma. But, some small, red horns and wings were there! Along with a tiny tail! It worked! I just need to send him back to the others.
Amelia's POV:
It's been half an hour, and Bryce still hasn't come back! After that scream, I started walking in circles around the room, mentally praying for him to come back. The door opened and Airy dumped Bryce into the room.
"Bryce!" I rushed over to him and held him up a bit. He looked tired and coughed up some blood.
"Bryce, say something!" I started crying, as he fell into a coma. What had that freak done to him!? I carried him over to one of the walls and rested him down on it. Taylor came up to me and patted me on the back.
"Is he dead!?" Charlotte asked. He was breathing.
"Yeah, just unconscious." I replied. I notices small horns and wings, with a small tail. He was now a demon? No wonder he screamed so loud. All I could do now was hope he was ok.
