WORLD CLASS RATING GAME

While Issei was freeing himself from his old life, the fraction leaders were busy with a meeting. This meeting was about the world class rating game where all the fractions would participate. It was like a friendly competition. It's sole purpose was to deepen the friendship between the fractions and their warriors.

The leaders of many fractions were present at the meeting. The three biblical fractions, the Shinto fraction, the Hindu fraction, the Norse fraction, the Celtic fraction and many others were present there. Soon after a muscular man with long white hair and a cool beard walked in. It was Zeus the lord of the Greek gods. He had his brother Poseidon with him. He looked at the beautiful goddesses of the other fractions with lust but was met with cold glares from all of them. This made him sigh and then he sat down for the meeting to begin.

"Well, let's start the meeting. This meeting is about the proposal of a world class rating game where every fraction would be able to participate. Does anyone present here have a problem with the motion?" said Sir Zechs.

Everyone denied any opposition to the proposal. "So it's settled. A world class rating game will be held in 3 months. It will deepen the relationship between the alliance fractions and also be a good sport for the warriors. But now to a new question what would be the name of the tournament?" said Sir Zechs. Because there were many proposals for the name, they decided to do lottery. In the end, tournament was named the Azazel cup. Azazel thanked his lucky stars and the others just sighed in defeat. "Now that the name of the tournament is decided, I officially conclude this meeting."

"Hmm. I wanna see the dragon boy fight. He caught my interest." said Amaterasu the Shinto goddess of sun with a slight blush. All the goddesses had a little blush when they heard the topic about the red dragon emperor. His heroic deeds were known to them all. Odin, Zeus and Poseidon were filled with jealousy. "I need to teach that boy a lesson for scoring all the goddesses." said Zeus jokingly who met with another round of glares from the goddesses. They shared a laugh but they quickly became serious for a moment.

The Hindu god of destruction, Shiva suddenly opened his third eye of destruction. Everyone was tense for a moment. Shiva opening his third eye means something serious is happening. But a moment later, he closed it. "What happened?!" everyone inquired. "Oh, it's nothing serious." Shiva replied. They didn't believe him completely but didn't push it further. The meeting ended with satisfying results.

Meanwhile, Shiva though to himself,"What happened to the boy?Why was he in pain? What was the meaning of the ritual?"

After the meeting, the three biblical fractions had a talk of their own. Their topic was Issei. Though Issei had supposedly lost the boosted gear, he had still sacrificed his greatest gift in order to protect the world. So naturally he needed a reward for his heroic deeds. "The boy has done quite a lot to save us against the beast. He also sacrificed his sacred gear to protect us. He must get a reward worthy of his noble sacrifice." said Michael. Gabriel just nodded in agreement. "Yes, Issei has done more than enough to prove himself. So I have decided to promote his status to a high class devil." said Sir Zechs with Grayfia smiling at him. "Yeah, you're right. The guy has certainly shown his courage and valor. Promoting him will be a great reward." Azazel agreed with the rest of them. "So it's settled. Azazel, would you please tell him the good news?" "Yeah okay. I'll do it but first I need to drop by the Grigory. After that, I'll go to him." "Okay then. I'll leave that to you. With that this meeting will now come to an end."
