Malkia was Playing with her best friend, Azima, which is a leopard. "Hey Azima," Malkia said. "Hm?" Azima asked and turned around, and Malkia pinned her. "Pinned ya!" Malkia said with a smirk.

"Awwww come on!!" Azima shouted and Malkia laughed, then the Mark Of The Guard appeared on Malkia's right shoulder.

"Hey, Malkia, since when do you have a birthmark?" Azima asked. "Hmmm, I don't know...." Malkia said. "Maybe you should go and tell Queen Kiara and King Kovu." Azima said. "Okay," Malkia then ran off.

"Uh, Mom, dad," Malkia called out as she entered Pride Rock. "Yes Sweetie?" Kiara asked. "I have this mark.... What is it?" Malkia asked as she held up the leg which has the mark of the guard, Kiara gasped.

"You are the new leader of the lion guard!" Kiara exclaimed. "Lion Guard?"

"My brother was the first leader of the lion guard to ever EVER have non lions and a female in the lion guard. Your the first Female," Kiara explained, "wow," Malkia said. "I'm jealous," Ushindi said coming up.

"Well since your the future King, you would have a LOT of responsibilities." Malkia said. "Oh yeah," Ushindi said remembering. "The Lion Guard has the Fiercest, you, Bravest, Fastest, Strongest, and Keenest Of Sight." Kiara explained.

"And my brother added a new member, the Smartest." Kiara said. "Oh, well, I know EXACTLY who the members are gonna be,"
