In the last days a lot has happened, even if the bigger villain was out of their life, for now. Caroline was tortured by her father in her family's cellar. Her father was disgusted by the idea that his daughter was a vampire. He wanted her to learn to cope with the bloodlust even tho she was the most behaved vampire Leia knew. She knew that her best friend could do anything that she placed her mind on. Thankfully, her mother with rescued her, when Tyler discovered what his mother did.
Elena decided to hunt Stefan down, even if she had to do it alone. Leia was against it, it was not that she didn't want Stefan to come back. She wanted it, but she knew if he came back than Klaus would follow. When Elena interrogated Tyler she found out where werewolves hang out when there is full moon. Obviously, Alaric wouldn't let her to do it alone, so he went with her. Without Elena's knowledge Alaric told Damon who later dragged her back, although to Elena's protest. The next day they were again gone to Chicago, with Katherine's help that everyone was surprised with, but that just resulted in heartbroken Elena, when Stefan told her strictly to stop looking for him.
Leia understood that even if Elena didn't. Stefan had given his free will away for her. He didn't want her to jeopardise the safety that she had when Klaus didn't know about her being alive.
Again, Mystic falls had their usual founders party, in Leia's mind they were happening every week, she was sick of them. Alaric and Leia came into kitchen as Damon along side Elena were cooking the Gilbert infamous chilli.
"I just don't know why you want to bring chili to a potluck. Everybody brings chili." Damon stated while grimacing.
"Hey, Ric." Damon saw Alaric and then next to him he saw that Leia was also there. "Lia."
Leia scowled at that. 'Lia' was her nickname, but she didn't like that nickname coming out of Damon mouth. If wasn't like she didn't like him, she just had more important people in her life.
"What's up?" Alaric asked as he looked at them and noticed how close both of them were. He had noticing it all the summer. It seemed that as Stefan was longer away, that in time they were getting closer.
"What time do you want to go to the Lockwood party?" Elena looked up from the child and asked.
"Ah. Those founders parties aren't really my thing." Alaric told them.
"And I will be going with Caroline." Leia added in as Caroline called her earlier and demanded that she couldn't and wouldn't go alone and wanted to go with Leia. She even wouldn't have declined after the incident with her father, she wanted to spend more time with Caroline.
"Show up, there's going to be nine other people that brought chili." Damon said.
"It's an old family recipe, okay?" Elena defended.
