A/N, omg im so so sorry, this was supposed to be out yesterday, but my moms computer has been having software problems, and it went absolutely phsyco yesterday, so, as she bought me a new macbook when my old one broke, the least i could do to pay her back a bit (since as a 15 y/o i cant exactly gift her $1000) was to let her borrow mine, so i just barely got my computer back now and she needs it in a bit for work, so im so so sorry, ill try to keep it on schedule as much as i can til she can take hers to apple, again, so sorry T^T

The tram ride was about 3 hours. I took the time to call Hailey, my best friend, since I knew we would have a long call and that way I could talk to my boyfriend tonight. We talked for about 2 hours. We talked a lot about our day, I told her about what I had seen so far in Jorvik, and she told me about what was going on back home. Apparently her boyfriend (who is also part of the band) stole my boyfriend's banjo because he was tired of my boyfriend playing after a two hour studio session, so my boyfriend decided to steal his drumsticks. A major pillow fight ensued (where they got pillows in a recording studio, I have no idea), and made a mess. My best friend forced them to clean up, which they did, and somehow out of all this mess they wrote a song. I don't understand half the things they do, but oh well. I would have to ask my boyfriend to play it for me later.

After talking to Hailey, I put my headphones on and looked at the scenery. I scrolled through my Spotify library. I didn't really want to hear any of the songs I had. Suddenly, I got a text.

✨❤️: Acabo de terminar la produccion de esta cancion. Conociendote, vas a estar escuchando mucha musica hoy (cuando no?), si quieres puedes escuchar esta, me dejas saber que piensas y si debo cambiar algo. Te quiero ❤️ (Just finished the production for this song. Knowing you, you're gonna be hearing a lot of music today (when are you not?), if you want you can hear this, let me know what you think and if I should change anything. I love you)

I smiled at his text. He knows me too well. I replied a quick message saying that I loved him, and I opened the mp3 file he sent. The song was about three and a half minutes. I smiled when I heard his voice singing the first few lyrics of the song. I knew this song. It was one of the last songs we wrote together before I left.

A lot of girls love fancy dates, but I think the most memorable ones for me are the most simple ones. The ones were we just snuggle up in blankets on his sofa with a guitar, a pen, and a notebook. That's it. Most girls would say that's boring, but for me it's extremely special.

I finished listening to the song, telling him that it was perfect, and also listened to the voice memo his friend sent in the group chat.

After chatting and listening to music for about 45 minutes, we were finally here. Apparently we're right outside a place called Fort Pinta. It looks pretty. Old, but pretty. The beach also looks nice. After asking questions for a bit, someone gave me a ride to the camp. It was about a 10 or 15 minute ride. This was the first time I'd ever been on a horse, and it was... nice? A little too bumpy for my liking though.

I said thank you for the ride, and turned around. I was faced with really pretty gates with a white wall surrounding the area and a sign over the gates reading, "Moorland Stables." On the outside of the walls, there was a small forest with lots of flowers growing, and sunlight peeking through the leaves.

This is the place! Wow, it's so beautiful! Where do I check in though?

I walk through the gates and look around, looking for someplace for the campers to check in or something. There were lots of people riding around, including a small group of girls my age wearing pink sweaters, riding in a pattern. They seemed to be maybe a riding club or something? Ew, pink- I thought as I looked at their matching sweaters. I think ima be blind...
