TW: abuse

One Week Later

"Today's the day." Bradley looks straight into Lorelei's eyes.
"Ok." Lorelei looks back at her.
"If anything happens to me, remember just keep running, and I love you." Bradley starts to tear up.
Lorelei doesn't say anything, she just pulls Bradley into a tight hug. They both start crying.

They hear the basement door open. They go down to the ground. Once they see the man, Bradley covers up Lorelei.

The man tears Bradley off of Lorelei. He starts to beat Bradley up in front of Lorelei. Lorelei just takes off for the door. She turns around and sees Bradley running up the stairs.

Lorelei smiles. Suddenly, the man pulls Bradley back downstairs. Lorelei's smile drops.
"Run, Lorelei, just run!" Bradley shouts.

Lorelei runs as fast and the best she can, considering her private being in pain. Lorelei runs towards the driveway. She turns down the road and goes straight. Tears fall down her face.

10 Minutes Later

After 10 minutes of running, Lorelei slows down. She looks around. She's long gone from the house, so she just quickly walks down the road, continuing straight.

She continues walking until she finds a gas station. She runs inside and goes to the cashier. Lorelei rushes over to the counter.

"Whoa, hunny, what happened to you?" The lady asks in a thick southern accent.
"I need your help. He's coming for me." Lorelei quickly explains.
"Who's he?" She asks.

Lorelei pauses. She looks towards the door and sees the man walking in the store. She crouches under the counter. She curls up into a corner where the man couldn't see her.

"Have you seen a little 12 year old girl, blonde hair, about 4'9, and skinny?" He asks the woman.
"Well, funny you said that, I just say a little blonde girl running down that there corner. She turned to the left. She must only be a few minutes away by now." The cashier answers.
"Ok, thank you." The man smiles before leaving the shop.

"He's gone now." The woman bends down to tell Lorelei.
"Thank you for not giving me back to him." Lorelei slightly smiles.
"Here let me help you up." The woman gives Lorelei a hand and she gets up.

"What's your name, sweetheart?" She asks.
"Lorelei, Lorelei Martin." She answers.
"Oh I'm Sharon. What did that man do to you?" The woman asks.
"He would hit me, punch me, slap me, kick me, and punish me. My best friend said that he was raping me almost everyday for about 6 years." Lorelei mutters.

"Who's your best friend?" She asks.
"Bradley."
"Does that man have Bradley, too?" Sharon asks.
Lorelei nods.

"We need to go to the police station right now." Sharon grabs Lorelei's hand and walks her out to her car after closing up the gas station.

They drive about 20 minutes up the road. Sharon pulls up to the station. They get out and walk into it hand in hand together.

Sharon picks Lorelei up and sits her on her hip.
"This little girl came to my gas station, asking for help. There was a man who held her captive. I immediately thought to come here." Sharon tells the receptionist.

"What's the little ones name?"
"Lorelei Martin."
"How old is she?"
"12."
"Oh jeez she looks like she's 8."
"I know she's a tiny little thing." Sharon giggles and pushes a piece of Lorelei's hair behind her ear.
"When was she abducted?"
"Six years ago."
"Ok, fill out this paperwork."

Sharon takes the paperwork and goes to sit down. While Sharon does that, the receptionist looks up Lorelei's history. She finds a missing poster. On the poster was Lorelei. It was put up 6 years ago.

The receptionist decided to call in the BAU. She believed that there was a serial killer in the town. For about 5 years, the police got countless calls about missing children. The kids were all never found. Every kid looked just like Lorelei.

"Hello, this is SSA Hotchner with the BAU. How can I help."
"Oh, hi, I think there's a serial killer, rapist, and kidnapper in the town."
"What makes you think that."
"Well, we just got a child, Lorelei, that came in with a woman, Sharon. The child was abducted 6 years ago. For about 5 years, girls exactly like her, blonde, underdeveloped, and short, we're being reported missing. We weren't able to find any of them. The abductions stopped 6 years ago, and that's when Lorelei went missing."

"Ok, give me the information you got."
"Well, the girl discovered today was Lorelei Martin. She's 12. She was abducted 6 years ago. The first reported girl like her that went missing was Bradley Smith. The next girl was Kate Hills. After her was Grace Alan. Then Fiona Fields. Then Harper Lynn. The last one before Lorelei was April Hawkse. They all were abducted in a span of 5 years."
"Ok, I'll debrief my team now." Hotch informs the receptionist.
"Thank you."
"You're welcome."

Sharon walks over to the front desk, still holding Lorelei.
"I've filled out every page." Sharon hands her the paperwork.
"Ok, she will be out in protective custody. You have the choice to stay with her for the night or leave."
"I'll stay." Sharon smiles.

A police officer brings Sharon and Lorelei into a room for the night.
"If you need anything, just holler for us." The man says.
"Ok, thank you." Sharon smiles.

"I'm sleepy." Lorelei yawns.
"We can go to sleep now." They lay down at two of the couches.
