Diana

Diana walks into her house and places down her keys on the counter. She turns around to see a gun to her head.

"Nice to see you again, Diana." Steve deviously smirks.
"What do you want?" Diana asks.
"You."

Steve brings Diana into the living room.
"Where's your new bitch?" Diana asks.
"I'm right here." Lauren says as she walks in.
"Really Steve? This is your new girlfriend. She's the ugliest thing I've ever seen."

Steve slaps Diana as hard as he could across her face.
"Don't ever talk about Lauren like that again, you bitch!" Steve yells.
"Yeah, asshole, you don't look much better." Lauren instigates Diana.

Suddenly, Diana's phone starts to ring. Diana quickly goes to answer it.

At the police station

"Where do you guys think your mom could've went?" Hotch asks Giana and Kylee.
"She could've went anywhere." Giana answers.
"Would she have went back home?" Derek asks.

"I don't think she would, she knows the risk when he's out there. She could walk into a trap at home. I think she's smarter than that." Kaylee explains.
"I'm gonna call Garcia." Derek says as he walks over to the phone.

"Hey, babygirl, I need you to send us Diana's phone number." Derek tells Penelope.
"On it, sweet cheeks." Garcia says before hanging up.

She sends Diana's phone number to the team on their tablets. They all received it. Hotch calls Diana.

"Where are you, Diana?" Hotch asks on the phone.
"What?" Diana asks.
"Are you at your house?" Hotch asks.
"Yeah."
"Are you able to get out?"
"No, talk to you later." Diana hangs up.

"He's got her." Hotch says.

Everyone starts to get ready to go to Diana's house.
"JJ, Emily, one of you have to stay with Lorelei no matter what. And whatever you do, don't let her see anything. Same with Giana and Kaylee. Always watch the kids." Hotch demands.
"Yes, sir." Emily and JJ say at the same time.

They all get into different cars. Emily and JJ get in the front and they put Lorelei, Giana, and Kaylee in the back. They start driving to the house.

10 minutes later

The team drives up to the house. They all get out to go in. While the rest of the team goes inside, JJ, Emily, Lorelei, Giana, and Kaylee are all in one of the SUVs.

They sit there for a few minutes before JJ starts to get out of the car.
"I'm going in." JJ announces before she shuts the door.
Lorelei immediately breaks down into tears. Emily turns around in the passenger seat to face Lorelei.
"She's going to be ok." Emily whispers.

Meanwhile inside, JJ walks through the front door. She suddenly feels something hit the back of her head. She falls to the ground before looking around. She couldn't see because of the darkness and her blurry vision.

Behind her stands Lauren with a rock in her hand. She drags JJ over to the side of a room. She then goes in the room too. She waits for Emily to come inside.

Outside, Kaylee grew impatient. She unlocked her door and left the SUV. Emily looks over to see her walking towards the house. Emily quickly gets out to follow her.

Lorelei starts to sob even more. Giana moved closer to Lorelei, trying to comfort her.
"Shh, it's going to be ok." Giana whispers.

Emily walks into the house. She follows Kaylee to the living room where Diana is being held by Steve and where the team is.

"Daddy?" Kaylee asks.
Steve looks back towards the doorway.
"Kaylee." Steve smiles.
"Please don't hurt mom." Kaylee pleads.
"Kaylee, hunny, I'm going to need you to leave."
"No." Kaylee stands her ground.

Emily grabs Kaylee and tries to get her out. But, before she could, Steve slits his throat. The team looks at his body in shock. Hotch goes to check his pulse.

"He's g-" Hotch begins to say.
"Emily! Jennifer!" Lorelei's cries are heard.
Emily runs out towards the car as fast as she could. She sees Lauren closing the car door. She starts to run, so Emily runs and tackles her.

Emily handcuffs Lauren. The police take her away into the police car. Emily goes over to crying Lorelei. She picks up the girl. Lorelei quickly wraps her arms around Emily's neck.

"Where's Jenny?" Lorelei asks innocently.
"Wait, you haven't seen her?" Emily asks.
"Not since she ran inside." Lorelei sniffles.

"Guys!" Emily calls out to the team.
The team looks over to her.
"Have you seen JJ?" Emily asks.
"No." The team mutters.

"Ok, everyone, go check the whole house." Hotch demands to the team.
Everyone nods and goes inside.
Lorelei squeezes Emily tighter. Emily strokes her hair.

Inside, Derek walks into a room. He spots JJ. She was barely conscious. Derek carries her out to the medics.

She quickly gains consciousness.
"Did they find her yet?" Lorelei asks Emily.
"Yes, they did. She's gonna be ok." Emily smiles.

Emily brings Lorelei to JJ when the medics finished up her check up. JJ smiles brightly at Lorelei, and Lorelei does the same. JJ takes Lorelei from Emily and sets her down on her lap.

"Are you ok?" Lorelei asks.
"Yeah, I'll be fine." JJ brushes it off.
Lorelei leans against JJ's body. JJ wraps her arms around her.
"I want to talk to you about your foster family situation." JJ says.
"Ok." Lorelei mutters.

"I talked about it to my boss. He agreed that I could take you back to D.C. with us. Once we get back to DC, I'm gonna find you a good adoption family. Hopefully, they live close enough to my house. That way I can see you and you can play with Henry. I'm sure he'll love the company." JJ explains.

Lorelei doesn't say anything. She just wraps her arms around JJ. She starts crying.
"Hey what's wrong?" JJ asks worriedly.
Lorelei pulls away from JJ and smiles at her.
"Thank you so much." Lorelei says as she wipes her tears.
"You're welcome." JJ smiles.
