Death of Jane Jackson, Laura Adkins, and Gianne Jensen, 2011, October 10th

Jane, Laura, and Gianne were seven year olds who like to play hide n' seek. They played in the woods, carefree. They were having so much fun until Luke showed up.

"Excuse me, could I join you?" Asked Luke.

"Sure," said Laura. "You're it!"

"Okay, if you hear a bang, I found one of you and the two of us will find the rest of you, understand?" Smirked Luke.

"Okay, count one-to-ten," informed Jane.

"Okay, let's start." Said Luke, making the girls smile.

Luke turned around and closed his eyes, starting to count slowly. The girls ran and hid back of the trees and under some branches. After Luke was done counting, he heard a light giggle. He took out his pistol, smiling as his plan was in place, and walked around. He saw Gianne, who was hiding behind a tree.

"Hi Gianne!" Exclaimed Luke.

"You found me!" Giggled Gianne.

As Gianne turned around, Luke shot her, straight in the chest. BANG! Jane and Laura giggled, noting that Gianne has been found. "Girls, Gianne and I will find you!" Luke shouted, hiding his gun behind his back.

Laura was in thought. How Luke knew the name of Gianne? Although, they still hid because they don't want to be it. ACHOO! Somebody sneezed, catching Luke's attention. Luke walked around the tree again, carefully took out his gun. Luke didn't notice Laura hiding below the branches and saw Luke holding a gun. Laura began crying. Being a smart girl she is, she knew that she could die if she didn't hide. She covered her mouth, so she couldn't make a sound.

"Jane, is that you?" Luke asked.

"Y-y—"

Before Jane could turn around, Luke held her shoulder and pulled the trigger, hitting her straight in the chest.

BANG!

Jane fell on the cold grassy ground. Luke saw a shiny red ruby necklace on Jane's neck, kneeling and pulled the necklace, shoved it inside his pocket. At that angle he saw Laura, who's crying in misery. He looked at Laura, lightly laughing in contempt as he found all of the girls. Luke slowly walked to her and hid his gun behind his pocket.

"Laura? Come out. I know you're under here," Luke said.

"No! Get away!" Laura screamed. "Killer! Killer!"

"Little girl, never ever take that tone to me!" Luke shouted, in disgust as he heard her tell the truth that he is a killer.

Luke couldn't control his anger and shot Laura in the branches where she was hiding. Luke didn't show mercy, killing the innocent girls. He grabbed his shovel and started to bury bodies.

Luke, carrying her duffle bag, escorted Stefanie to her new room. Luke saw Stefanie that her eyes started to droop when they were watching a cartoon. He suggested that she should sleep. Luke left her in the room for peace.

As Luke left, Stefanie locked the door, for she changed her clothes. Remembering Luke's words that the only bathroom with a working lock is the downstairs bathroom. Stefanie being the lazy Stefanie, strip her clothes off immediately.

"You should change your underwear too, you know?" Said a voice.

"What the fuck?" Exclaimed Stefanie, who turned her back, covering herself even though she's already clothed. "Who are you and what are you doing here?"

She was shell-shocked because she knew that she locked the door. It's impossible for a person to walk into walls! She thought.

"What are you still doing here? Get out!" Stefanie screamed, pointing at the door.

"HA! You can't let me out. I can't leave here," the person replied.

"Please, get out!" Screamed Stefanie, for she was afraid of the person. She didn't know the stranger's intention to her.

Luke opened the door with frantic eyes, panting. He was fixing something outside as he heard Stefanie's screams upstairs.

"Stefanie, what happened?" Shouted Luke.

"I can't take this anymore," Stefanie sobbed, grabbing her things.

"No please, just stay here awhile," Luke said.

There was a mountain of silence until Luks noticed a person, sitting on Stefanie's new bed.

"Calum," exclaimed Luke. "What the fuck are you doing here? You shouldn't be here! I though you were in the basement, entertaining the girls?"

"No, I don't want to go back in that basement. We're too crowded," Calum replied.

"Goddamn it, Calum! Just GO down!" Luke shouted.

"Okay, okay," said Calum. "No need to shout. Bye, Stefanie. See you in another time!"

Calum left the two in the room alone. Calum went down the basement and didn't look back, sadness rushing through him.

As for Stefanie, she held her chest, feeling her heart beating fast. Luke immediately walked to her and hugged her, as her tears start to drop from her eyes. Stefanie's face turned pale, as his arms wrap around her body. Although, fear crept in her mind, as she remembered Calum watching her change.

"Let's sit down," Luke insisted, as he let her go. Stefanie nodded in response. Both of them sat at the bed.

Stefanie sat down and leaned on Luke's shoulder, feeling comfort. After minutes past, Stefanie was fast asleep. Luke laid her down in her bed, slowly, watching if he woke her up. Although, she was still sound asleep, dreaming a place called home.
