Powers used by Vilgax are not seen in the show. Also, the weapon he uses doesn't exist either—I just made it up for the plot of this fan fiction.
So this story takes place in, let's say, Omniverse.
I don't care about pairings.

"BOOOM, KABOOM, THUD!" As sounds emanate from this unfamiliar destination, dust clouds fill the air as far as the eye can see.
As the dust clears from the explosion, a lone fragile-looking boy can be seen staring upwards at this massive villain with green, protruding tentacles taking up crevices at the bottom portion of his face. The boy standing before him has brown hair and piercing green eyes with olive skin. The monster's evil smile fills the boy with dread and uncertainty, but he shakes it off 'cuz it's his job—he's the hero that has to save the day, and no one feels safe with a cowardly hero.

This boy is none other than Ben Tennyson. He is the wielder of the Omnitrix and savior of the universe, like, a dozen times.
"Is... that (cough) the best you got? I can do this with my eyes closed."
He shakes off said uncertainty once more. He smiles a cocky smile and looks up at the creature.
"I can do this all day, Vilgax!!"

"Ben Tennyson," this combination that is Vilgax walks towards Ben. Each monstrous step shakes and disturbs the environment.
"Don't you know," he accusingly and menacingly states,

"There are several consequences for liars. And you, my persistent friend, are a liar," he said the rest in but a whisper.

He takes out a strange metal-like object from his clothes. This cylindrical metallic object, with a press of a button, morphed into a deadly glowing weapon—a shining two-sided sword with red lightning coming out at each end. Ben watched as the sword came down on his almost helpless face, but then a voice rang through, robotic if not angelic at this dire of times.

"Omnitrix at full power. ALRIGHT. Now you're in for it!"

He slams onto the green hourglass dial stationed on his right wrist, and as soon as this accurate blinding light, as green as can be, filled every direction—what takes the boy's place is a 7-foot-tall yellow gorilla with lightning bolts at each ear.

This creature of unknown origins yells, "Shock—

Squash!"

Clap, Clap, Clap. The tentacle-faced creature walks towards the other, unamused and unimpressed.

"Wow. Very well done, Tennyson," sarcasm painting every word and syllable.
"This may have worked on me before, but now..."
He reaches for the double sword still in his hand.

He stops, still and silent for several moments. This silence continues until—

"ZAM, ZAP, BOOOM!"

A plethora of energy and lightning makes its way into Vilgax, making him stronger. This negative red energy whirls around a bit. The electric-looking gorilla kneels down and stretches his left hand out as far as it can go.

He releases this intense yellow energy at Vilgax, and for a second it looked as if it would hit the creature's head—but then a wave, or rather a tsunami, of negative built-up energy collides with the energy Ben just released until an explosion occurred.

Seconds after this explosion of electricity, a standing Vilgax watched on as a laid-down Ben is passed out and helpless. And as Vilgax clenches his fist, filled with somberness, he has the face of finality as he brings it closer and closer to Ben Tennyson.
