Hey there!

It's difficult to know when we've encountered hatred, isn't it? As (The Bible) 2 Corinthians 11:14-15 says: "And I will keep on doing what I am doing in order to cut the ground from under those who want an opportunity to be considered equal with us in the things they boast about. For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants also masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve."

However, it is quite easy to spot them (in the majority of cases). But unfortunately, like Paul said, people can be easily deceived by their word. 

For example: If an individual says they're 'Loving', but doesn't accept innocent human beings, then they're not what they claim to be at all. Especially when they 'don't tolerate bullying' but yet still allow hateful individuals in their 'club'. Their bigotry causes damage (both physical & mental). And in the majority of cases- damage they cannot take back. 

No matter what you believe in, I think we all can agree on one thing: Bullying is beyond terrible!

"This is what should be done by one who is skilled in goodness, and who knows the path of peace: Let them be able and upright, straightforward and gentle in speech. Humble and not conceited, contented and easily satisfied. Unburdened with duties and frugal in their ways." ⎯This is a shortend qoute from the Buddhist scriptures. It's from The Karaniya Metta Sutta.

"Let none find fault with others; let none see the omissions and commissions of others. But let one see one's own acts, done and undone."  ⎯The Dhammapada.

And even Atheism- This is from Atheist Republic: "We advocate against teachings that promote violence and oppression. However, we also believe that most people in the world, whether religious, atheist, agnostic or just spiritual, are kind and peaceful by nature. We believe that by coming together, RATIONAL people can create a powerful force that cannot be ignored."

And that is why this book was established. This/Our purpose is to combat misinformation spread by hatred. Therefore, the verses & mantras said in the upcoming chapters will be quoted by believers themselves; TRUE believers who are taking these words DIRECTLY from their (holy) books! However, they will also provide Context (that of course goes without saying)!
