Next morning, Taehyung was all dressed up with a file in his hand. he took in a big chunk of breathe in his body and stepped inside Kim's clinic.

Namjoon looked at him and smiled cheekily "Kim taehyung! you are late today. I will let you go because it is the first time you are late...is everything alright Kim?" Namjoon sweetly asked Taehyung who was biting his lips.

"I had such a good time with you sir, but I have to leave the job"

"What? why so suddenly Taehyung? I mean you are perfect employee"

"thank you sir, but I have to" he placed his resignation letter on Namjoon's table and bowed in front of him, showing his respect.

As he was about to leave the office, Namjoon held his hand " I don't understand Taehyung, maybe we can talk about things over a coffee?"

"that's so kind of you sir, but I can't share my personal life with you. Thank you for your concern sir Good bye"

"look bud, if it's your boyfriend, I can talk to him."

"Pardon?"

"yeah the cute buff guy at the breakfast with you that day"

"ah! Yeah... he is protective... but no worries hyung-nim, you will find a better employee. Good bye"

"well, I think I cant stop you anymore. Good bye Kim Taehyung" he clasped his hands in his big ones "and Good luck"

"uh yeah.. bye now" after last bow, he ran out of the place.

He took deep breathes in. he was scared to his core. He thought that Namjoon might have noticed the slight shake in his hands.

He was now free and now h can tend to Jin freely. He smiled and shook off all the negativity in his heart.

Namjoon looked at him through the glass windows of his clinic. A grim shadow covered his whole being. The delicate piece of paper was crumpled in his hands. He watched Taehyung skip on his way.

"foolish little lamb! You were safe when you were here, now you put yourself right on my claws. Who's gonna save you now" he chuckled maliciously and turned to tend his patients with a handsome smile.
