Chapter 42

*Jaden's P.O.V*

I really hate knowing the fact that someone is hurting Jeslyn and she's not telling me. She might as well tell me the truth now that I've saw this mark on her wrist, I could tell it was recent because it wasn't there earlier on.

Jaden: So what happened?

Jeslyn: Well... when I arrived at my old home, and I got out the car this person was asking me for money and I said no!

Jaden: What?! Was it a robbery?

Jeslyn: No... they just wanted me to lend them some money, so I gave them five dollars and that's when they grabbed my wrist....

Jaden: Who is this person?

Jeslyn: Chris...

Jaden: Well at least it wasn't Chad!

I stood up in anger, I understand why Jeslyn didn't want to tell me anything, because I would get all angry and over protective but that's just how I am. I could grab the keys right now and go over to his house and tell him to stay away from Jeslyn, but that'll just make things worse.

Jaden:  What else did he do?

Jeslyn: He said that next time he saw me, he would get more than just money off me, but I doubt he'll do anything!

Jaden: You should tell Ciara this!

Jeslyn: Chris and Ciara don't talk anymore, she moved out and got a good job!

Jaden: And I'm guessing she get's payed well but obviously doesn't lend Chris anything, right?

Jeslyn: Yep!, well it's not like he would use the money for anything good...

Jaden: You're right...

Jeslyn: Well, we should unpack my things now!

Jaden: Let's go!

---The Next Day---

*Jeslyn's P.O.V*

It's already 9:43am and I only went to bed at 2am, but I have to get up because I have to go to Rose's house. I turned around to see Jaden sleeping, he looked so cute. I was going to get out of bed to get ready but, but Jaden pulled me back I was quite shocked because I thought he was in a deep sleep.

Jaden: Where do you think you're going?

He said in his deep sleepy voice, which I found sexy.

Jeslyn: I'm going to get ready!

Jaden: Why can't you just stay here by my side for the rest of the day?

He started kissing my lips various times.

Jeslyn: I wish I could, but I've got things to do!

I kissed his cheek and went to get ready, I'm really looking forward to seeing Rose. Hopefully by the time I leave her house everything will be fine, or at least I'll leave her thinking about the situation. But I can't force her to love Jacob though, that's just something I'll have to deal with! I went to the bathroom and got ready, once I was finished with all that stuff, I looked in the mirror and I've realised that my hair is always in a bun or just out in curls. So I decided I was going to straighten it and try something new, so I did. It was a bit hard straighting curls, and also I haven't done this in a while so it might take some time.

After like 20 minutes, I was finally done. I looked in the mirror to see the finishing result once again and I loved it, I should do my hair like this more often it also looked longer which I liked too. The only problem is that, if it gets wet it'll go all frizzy. I quickly put on some make up, not to much tho and grabbed my things then went downstairs. I couldn't be bothered to make a big breakfast for myself so I just made cereals. I pretty much rushed my breakfast and I was off to Rose's house. When I got the car 7, I looked around me just to check if anybody had been following me. I might I've told Jaden last night that Chris won't do anything but that was just so he wouldn't have to worry a lot. But I knew one day he would come back, I just don't know when though. I walked over to the door and knocked.
