WAKE UP EARLY

"Getting up early in the morning makes you a highly productive person." To get up early in the morning, you must go to bed early. If you go to bed late, you will feel very tired and sluggish in the morning, and you will not be productive due to exhaustion. You must set an alarm to get up early in the morning. I recommend getting up at five o'clock in the morning. You will complete additional tasks during the day. Getting up early will make you a more organized person and will add structure to your day.

  Creating a morning routine is key.  Developing healthy routines, such as eating breakfast, exercising, meditating, reading books, going for a walk, drinking enough water, listening to uplifting music, having a shower, doing housework, and so on, will set you up for a productive day. Also, getting up early in the morning will improve your mood.
