Abilities] Gravity Manipulation - Moon Master's primary power is it can create, shape, move, control, interact with and manipulate gravity itself. It would allow Diono to increase or decrease gravity, be it the gravity of the environment or individual objects. Increasing gravity would cause everything in an area to become heavier, causing loose objects to propel to the ground, cause people to be immobilized or crushed depending on the amount of gravitation force applied. When doing the exact opposite (decreasing gravity), the user could achieve a similar effect to Zero Gravity since all objects would float upwards, or allow the user to lift heavier objects with astonishing ease due to the decreased weight.
Surface Inversion - Like C-Moon, Moon Master can also dramatically modify the gravitational force acting upon an object by touching it with its fists, which is expressed by that object turning inside-out. Anything its fists even graze will be affected, down to individual hairs. If C-Moon touches the same object or area twice, the effects are reversed.
This power grants Moon Master great destructive potential: a blow to the chest is usually fatal as the heart turns inside out, and blood flow is reversed, depriving the brain of oxygen. Diono himself can partially turn himself inside out without harm to evade attacks.

Ability] Reality Rewrite: The World Over Heaven has the signature godlike power to overwrite reality, allowing Diono to rewrite virtually anything in time. The potential extent of this ability appears to be limitless, as this power can be used to rewrite the existence of anything he wants, steal/absorb souls and use them as slaves, heal himself, resurrect the dead and completely negate almost any defense that's thrown at him. However, this power is eventually revealed to suffer from a major limitation: it can only be initiated through The World Over Heaven's fists, meaning that the Stand would have to punch something in order to rewrite it.
Dimensional Travel: The World Over Heaven also has the ability to travel between different dimensions and universes, and cross over different planes of existence or travel across various forms of reality, allowing Diono to can travel to alternate universe/other earths or even pocket dimensions.
Time Manipulation: End of The World's main ability to manipulate time remains intact within it's heavenly form, but at a higher scale along with it's duration being at a indefinite amount.
