Strengths: The Samui Samui no Mi main ability is to lower the user's body temperature extremely low to correspond to absolute zero. The user can withstand the cold, and be immune to hot things. (unless the heat is hot enough to surpass even Absolute Zero) When the user's body is cold, the air around it freezes and the user can use it as a weapon. E.g. to create icicles out of thin air. The user can also freeze anything and anyone, especially if they have liquid in them, which freezing kills instantly. The user can also emit a breeze of cold air which gives the ability some range and also can shoot it from their hands into compressed blasts of cold to freeze a specific target or object.

The user can also do it through physical contact, so when they touch something, the affected object's temperature decreases dramatically. This fruit's coldness is powerful enough to reach temperatures of about -100°C easily.

As the user drops the temperature, so does the ability of objects to move. At low enough temperatures, they can simply stop attacks in their tracks, making conventional attacks like gunshots or punches ineffective.

Awakening: Through it's awakened power, the cold-cold fruit can decrease the temperature to reach -215 °C or less, at which point the surrounding air itself freezes solid.

Weaknesses: A major weakness of this fruit is that it cannot freeze something with a high temperature. The user suffers from standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

Quirk] Nitrogen

Range: Medium to Long

Description: Rozun can secret nitrogen from his skin similar to Mina with her acid along with being able to control it freely to form different constructs with it. He can also change it from a liquid form to a gas form or a solid form and with his devil fruit can help solidify it quicker incase he needs to defend himself on the fly. He can use his armament haki on some ice constructs to increase their durability and their destructive force against tougher threats like the Nomu.

Other Ability] Gift From The Clear: After a visit to Atlantis, Rozun came in contact with the physical manifestation of The Clear who was connected to the ocean and all aquatic life. The entity saw his righteous soul and decided to give him as gift which was the ability to swim in the ocean again which proved to be super useful for the young cold hero, though he'd still have the weakness to seastone which won't be an issue for him a lot of the time.
