Trivia] ) Karl became a hermit after becoming a zombie as he believes that way, he can get some sort of freedom from life which had been strict and full of unfairness, he can finally get some sort of privacy without having to worry about the rules that always held him back in the past.
) Karl's home/base of operations is a huge cave full of different inventions he created himself through random parts and other kinds of junk he snatched from a junkyard as a way to make it as a functional house-like environment. As for more simpler stuff like a bed, a door, and shelves, he snatched them from things that people threw away into the trash or were found at the dump in good enough condition to be used.
) His second reason for becoming a hermit was because he preferred to mind to himself on most occasions and not worry about other people's business with a few rare cases where he's forced to get involved in some capacity.
) Karl's most prized invention is a fully functioning car that he has crafted from random junk that he was able to get his hands on along with a few modifications to make it as powerful as any other modern car, despite it's withered appearance. He's also working on some other vehicles as a means to travel in other ways like a boat and a helicopter which are still works in progress.
