Getting to know the place

It's 7 A.M. and I'm on my balcony looking at the sunrise. I love the time difference over here. If I was still in Mystic falls, I would have to wake up around 4 or 5 to see the sunrise.

Wearing a pair of shorts with a tank top and Jers black sweatshirt, I sip on my coffee when my phone rings. Looking I see a Facetime from Aunt Jenna I was confused because over there it only like 6 and she never wakes up this early

"Aunt Jenna" I say but when the camera turned on, I saw Liz, Elena, Caroline, Bonnie, Stefan and Damon making me groan "What do you guys want and why did you call on aunt Jenna's phone?" I ask not, in the mood for them "Isabella, it's time for you and Jeremy to come home. You guys had your fun, but you need to come back" Liz told me, making me roll my eyes "We're not going back Liz. Me and Jer actually like this place and it will be our new home when Jenna, Matt and Vicky come" I tell her getting up and leaning my back against the wood railing of my balcony giving everyone a view of the sunrise and woods

Elena stared in shock at the view as Caroline and Bonnie's eyes widened "What do you mean when Jenna, Matt and Vicky come?" Liz asks confused "Aunt Jenna, Matt and Vicky left Mystic Fall last night. They should be here in a day or so if they stop for the night"

"Where are you?" Elena asked jealous ignoring everything Liz and I just talked about though I could see the Vampires eyes widen when I said Vicky was coming

"My balcony. It's connected to my room. Me and Jer bought a house" Liz looked shocked, I'm guessing she didn't know we had money "How much did that cost?" Bonnie asked making me shrug

"$2,300. Didn't put a dent in my account" If anything Elena looked even more jealous and mad then before "How could you have that much?" she screech making Stefan and Damon hold their ears "Mom left me, Jer and Jenna a lot of stuff as you know. She left us her money; she left me her Bussians and I'm an Investor. I have enough money to last years"

Before Elena could say anything, Liz cut in "That's great honey, but you guys need to come back home" she says softly. I won't lie, Liz has always been nice to me and Jer. She was the only person in town to ask how I was doing after moms' death and checked up on us, I don't think she even likes Elena that much

"Liz, we are home. That town hasn't been our home in a long time, our home was with mom and Jenna and now moms gone because of her" I said my voice breaking when I said mom was gone. I turn my eyes to Elena's "Mom is gone because of you. I know the truth, and after what Jer and I, so does the whole town. We're never going back there, ever. I hate you for what you've done. You broke mine and Jeremy's family... I wished mom and Grayson never took you in, all you do is get people killed" She knew I wasn't just talking about mom and Grayson but also about Vicky

If Elena never told Damon about her, about how close she was to me and Jeremy he would have never gone after her "I hate you. Don't ever call me again" I hung up the phone and whipped my face

Sigh I decided to get ready for the day. Taking a quick shower, I throw on some blue jeans with a white top and my black leather jacket, walking to Jers room I knock on the door before entering to see him pulling on a shirt "Hey, Jer. Want to go out for breakfast?" I ask hoping he would say yes "Sure, just give me a minute. I'll meet you at the car" I nod before closing his door and running downstairs, grabbing my side bag and headphones.

Making sure I have everything, bag, wallet, phone, headphones, lip-gloss I grab the keys and go outside to start the car. After 5 minutes Jer comes running out the house and hops into the passenger's seat "So I saw a dinner on the way here. I think we should go there" he tells me as I start driving, I nod before deciding to tell him about the phone call "So, I got a call this morning" I tell him "Who?"
