I was waiting for Jeremy by the car since he had to talk to a teacher. I was listening to music when someone came up to me, looking up I saw a boy with black hair, brown eyes and tan skin, smiling at me "Can I help you?" I asked putting my phone away. The guy smiled at me "You can give me your number"

"Ha" I immediately laughed but stopped when the guy in front of me looked offended. "Oh, you were being for real?" The guy nodded looking back at his friends who seemed to laugh at his fail attempt, he turned back around "Yeah, I'm for real"

"Yeah... No" The smile fell off his face "What?" I raised an eyebrow crossing my arms "Never heard of the word No? Look dude I don't even know your name-" I raised a hand when he went to open his mouth "And I don't care to know. Now if you excuse me, my brother is here" I didn't even have to turn around to know Jeremy was standing on the other side of the car staring the guy down. The boy turned around and rushed away

Turning around, Jeremy smiled at me before getting in the car. I rolled my eyes and got in, before we left, heading home to get ready. Even though Jeremy and I have enough money, plus Aunt Jenna, the two of us want to get jobs to stay busy, so I got a job at the dance studio in town while Jeremy got a job at the ice rink teaching kids how to skate since he is surprisingly good at it

Lucky for me the owner of the dance studio is a witch who was friends with mom, but sadly for Jeremy the owner of the ice rink was a human, so I called in a favor with a Vampire and got him to compel the human to let Jeremy leave whenever he needs to incase something arises and he will still get paid. Is that kind of cheating? Yes. Do we care? No.

Pulling into the driveway, we see another car parked. Jeremy looked at me with a huge smile "They're here" We screamed, throwing open the doors and rushed up the stairs not caring we didn't even lock the car. The door opened before we even reached it and a hard body collide with Jeremy and I

"Vicky!" We yell hugging the baby vamp back. Looking over her shoulder I saw Aunt Jenna or AJ as we call her and Matt standing on the porch, opening one arm I motioned for them to join

Matt laughs but jogs down and joins the hug along with Jenna, the four of us hold each other tightly happy to be back in each other arms, soon we pulled back "Not that I'm not happy you guys are here" I started as Jeremy and Matt went back to the car to get our bags and actually lock it "But why are you guys here so early? I thought we agreed to wait two weeks for joining"

Jenna and Vicky shared a look before turning to me and I knew whatever what was going to be said wasn't something I'd like "We had to get out of there fast"

"Why?" Jeremy asked, walking behind me with Matt who handed me my bag. Matt looked at his sister before clearing his throat "Elena tried to have Damon compel Jenna and me, to tell her where the two of you were and how Vicky came back to life. We didn't say anything, expect to tell them off then we left" He explained as we walked into the house

That was when I got angry. Why couldn't Elena just leave us alone, we left because of her, we left because of her trying to control us, we left to get rid of her. What is that girl not getting? We don't want to talk to her or let her know where we are. "Jenna, can I see your phone?" I asked

Jenna looked at me confused but handed me her phone nonetheless "What are you doing?" Matt asked as I went through Jenna contacts to find Elena number "Calling Elena" I told him putting the phone to my ear "This ends now" I was annoyed I even had to make this call but trying to get Damon to compel Jenna and Matt?

Bad fucking mistake

"Jenna? Jenna, where are you? You need to get home now!" Is the first thing I hear making me roll my eyes "It's me" Was the only thing I said. I heard shuffling on the other side, and I just knew she put the phone on speaker "Isabella Gilbert! You and Jeremy need to come home now? Along with Jenna, Matt and Vicky, because I know they're with you"
