And I do not know how old Mk is in cannon so I'll assume that he is 21 years old as for Mei I do know that she is 23- so by that logic-
Mei is 20 years old and Mk is 18 years old.
Also the Oc is a shapeshifter though he has a form that he likes to stay in the most of the time since the form allows him to hang from the trees and stuff... currently he's 12 years old
